I'm so glad I had the installation done. The two fellows knew exactly what they were doing and just zipped right through it. They were prepared and didn't make a mess at all. I would have struggled mightily.

The squad that rolled up to my house were absolutely amazing!! They were very particular about leveling and centering which is a big deal. Extremely professional and even went above and beyond to make sure everything was set and good to go.

Guys were early, efficient, kind, took my self isolating seriously.

Alexander was an excellent installer. He even made some valuable suggestions on placement (height) of the new Samsung TV. Our installation expert was on time, professional, and friendly. He explained how everything works, educated my guests while installing and did exactly as i asked making the frame and controller component completely unified as one unit. His cord management practices are better than expected.

So happy I chose the in home installation. Very knowledgeable and professional and went the extra mile to find a secure wall for the tv to be mounted on. I gave slanted walls in the basement and they did everything to find the best location where I preferred the tv. They explained everything from start to finish .

Agents were excellent but after they left I realized that TV was mounted about 2" too high for my needs. Had to bring Geek Squad back to adjust mount for proper height. I should have and Geek Squad should have made sure aesthetics of how TV was mounted was without question satisfactory before leaving.
