Best Mount for the Money! Love It!

Last mount I had on this 75 inch Samsung didn't pull out, swing and was tight to the wall so I couldn't connect anything to the TV once it was mounted. The new mount is just perfect and was so nicely installed by the Best Buy folks!

Geek Squad did good job with one exception

Had to bring Geek Squad back to adjust mount for proper height. I should have and Geek Squad should have made sure aesthetics of how TV was mounted was without question satisfactory before leaving.

Fast, easy, the professional look.

They got my TV updated, explained the remote and Google TV. They were super accommodating in moving the cable box, Xbox and power management system around to make maximum usability of the different cord lengths.

Didn’t quite finish the job as requested.

Didn’t quite reset the TV to my Apple TV box. Still shows DIRECTV when turning on the tv. I still have to reset input and reset sound to external speakers.

Craftsman Install

With only 1/4” clearance on each side, I expected problems. I was blown away by how precisely they were able to mount my new 85” tv into this tight space. Done quickly, on time and in budget - who does that theses days???!!! Well done!
