nice service came in and mounted tv very quickly!!

The agents mounted my tv and connected all my devices and explained all the functions of my tv. They were neat and tidy in their work and very pleasant

Mounted tv and sound bar over fireplace and synced them together. Works perfectly.

Geek squad should know about the products they are installing. They were clueless. They installed our TV mount and were supposed to hook up our new Sony Bravia TV. First, they did not know that the TV works with Alexa, and they should have known that. Second, they hooked the TV up wrong. After they left, the TV would not change channels and no longer worked with Alexa. I called the guy back after he left, not even 30 min later. He refused to come back and fix it and do the job right. He REFUSED. Sooooo not right. He said he could come the next day, but not that same day. If he couldnt come back out, he should have found someone that could. The joib was not complete. Awful customer service. Your the Geek Squad. Your supposed to do the job right. You dont mess up someone's TV, and then refuse to come back out and fix it. Luckily, my husband came home and fixed everything. Geek Squad was useless and hooked the TV up wrong.

They are great. 86” tv installation took about 10 min. Easy and smooth. Great job.

This mount has stood the test of time. It was put in my mom's house and now she has the tv on the wall right in front of her. If the sun is a little too bright we can swivel the tv instead of closing the door or drapes. Well worth the money and no headache of us to mount since BB sent tech to do the hard work for us.

The agent had called 2 days prior to the visit asking questions with covid related. Making sure everyone was good on their end as well. Then the day of to let us know when they will be in. They came with masks and they had gloves. They did it quick and efficient. They were very polite and let me know all that is about the mount and TV. I would definitely recommend!

The technician, Sean, showed up promptly on time and was very courteous. Luckily came prepared, because I needed a longer HDMI cable and a different mount! Most amazing of all was he had the TV mounted with new cables carefully hidden in LESS THAN two hours!! Great job - quick, efficient, and adaptable. Would gladly use them again!
