Geek Squad good - Samsung 55" BAD
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a 55" SAMSUNG. BE CAREFUL. Geek Squad is great, but the TV still does NOT work. Took an hour for the Geek Squad to set it up. Had to use two different remotes to use it. Two times, I couldn't get it to work. Geek Squad needs to come out again. It's been over two weeks and still does NOT work.

Worth the Money

I have used them on multiple occasion. After an installation they called me the next day to check that everything was working as it should. I had a question about something and they even stopped back by the house the next day to help me. Love Geek Squad.

I do wish there was a user manual enclosed for the T.V. I have tried to get one from Best Buy and also Samsung , however no luck . I would like the manual for the TV . I feel that for purchasing it at close to one thousand dollars , a manual should be included.

They got right to work, communicated with me throughout the install to make sure they did what I wanted; they even cleaned up when they were finished and took away the boxes and packaging. Could not be more pleased with their work. Totally professional!!!!

geek squad did great.

Geeks To The Rescue!

Their professionalism is without peer. And they are nice people. Always get the Total Tech coverage. It always pays for itself and more in services and special discounts on purchases.
