Decided to upgrade our tv from 45" to 65" and have really enjoyed the new tv. The salesperson at the store understood my lack of knowledge about the big screen tv's and gave us very good advice on the different makes. He also told us about the Geek Squad of Best Buy and I'm happy we took his advice and took advantage of it. I would have never gotten the tv hung on the wall and connected on my own.

We had the Geek Squad come to our house to install out new 77 inch TV on the wall and the 2 guys arrived at the predetermined time, knew exactly what they were doing, were fast, efficient, friendly and professional. I would definitely use this service again@

Wonderful. The guys mounted the TV smoothly and professionally.

I had Geek Squad install my 65" Sony TV and I'm very happy with my decision to do so. They showed up promptly, installed the mount, bundled the wires, corrected the connection I had done wrong and were out in less than an hour. By the way, I would strongly suggest you consider the annual program as it almost pays for itself considering the added value benefits. Nice Job!

The geek squad hung a 77" tv to the wall. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable and careful. It was clear that they were experienced with the process and provided helpful feedback I.e. mount the soundbar to the tv not the wall.

The installation crew showed up on time, mounted my 75" set, made sure everything was working properly and then removed my old set. I thought the two men were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Received a text the service men would arrive at 2:05 pm. They showed up at 12:30pm. We were not ready for them and they came back at 1:30pm. The tv mount was put up ok but after they left the tv did not work properly. Apparently the wiring was hooked up wrong. I reconnected the wiring to get it to work properly. Not worth the $250 they charged. Best Buy is not what they used to be.
