TV Installation

Good Investment

We bought several items that all were delivered and set up without a glitch for the annual membership fee. A very good investment if you plan on multiple purchases.

Highly Recommeded Geek Squad

These two technicians mounted and programmed my huge Sony Bravia tv perfectly! There was no sign of dust after all of the drilling and cutting. We will request this Geek Squad when we upgrade our sound system.

Disappointed with the service

We were not ready for them and they came back at 1:30pm. The tv mount was put up ok but after they left the tv did not work properly. Apparently the wiring was hooked up wrong. I reconnected the wiring to get it to work properly. Not worth the $250 they charged. Best Buy is not what they used to be.

The nicest humans

I asked question along the process because like anyone in their right mind, I don't want my TV to fall of in the middle of the night and die. They explained everything. HUGE plus was that they put on protective booties when they walk in the door to keep your home clean, and then they make sure to leave no mess behind. Super happy with the service. Well worth the money
