The TV Connect and Setup service was promptly completed without any problems.

The two technicians were awesome! They were polite and professional, from arrival thru to completion. They were very focused on ensuring the installation met my requirements.

They were so kind and respectful. I asked question along the process because like anyone in their right mind, I don't want my TV to fall of in the middle of the night and die. They explained everything. HUGE plus was that they put on protective booties when they walk in the door to keep your home clean, and then they make sure to leave no mess behind. Super happy with the service. Well worth the money

This is a great service. The agent brought in our TV, mounted it, connected it to our internet and Roku device and set up the TV for us. He also hauled away or old TV. This saved us significant time and effort, and we know the setup was done correctly!

Could not ask for better service. Adjusted the old mount for my new TV so it fit perfectly into the space. Also took extra time to make sure all of my speakers were working. Can not thank Geek Squad enough for the wonderful service.

The agents came to my home on time. They were very professional and did the job so quick I was surprised. I was shopping around for a cheaper installation but as they say in life you pay for what you get. I was putting a 82” TV up so I wanted to make sure it was done right. The guys came in they were very professional, explained to my husband everything they were doing and how to fix the problem in the future if we should encounter it again. Gave us some insight on how to maneuver our t.v. easier and how to set it so it wont tilt.

I was thoroughly impressed by the pleasant and professional demeanor of my geeks, Matt & Kevin. Who BTW were not geeks at all! LOL. Nice guys, knew their stuff, asked me questions and made me part of the experience of mounting my new 75" TV on the wall. Great job and they represented BBY in a very good light.
