Very pleased with Geek Squad installal of Samsung 75 in TV . Neat job & everything worked well .Price is reasonable & 90 day guarantee.

Initial crew did not do the install and had a raft of excuses why they couldn’t mount onto metal studs. But second crew was great. Very professional. It was done right with no mess or fuss.

Even though it was a premium tv mounting service, it did not include the behind the sheetrock wiring. Only the tv mount was added to the wall and the tv. An exposed power plug is still visible. The geek squad said there was a horizontal fire break in the external wall and they would not be able to drill through it. It was a disappointment in the desired finished look.

Installer arrived aright on time, was very professional and personable. You could tell this wasn’t his “first rodeo” installing a tv mount. He works quickly and efficiently and was done in under an hour. The mount functions exactly as intended,and am extremely happy with my new tv mount.

This was the best experience I have ever had with any retail unit providing services at our home. Geek Squad was on time and mounted a 75 inch $6k tv. They adjusted the universal remote and made everything worked perfectly. They took their time and did it right. I recommend Geeks for anyone who needs installation related to audio or video!!!

The Installation Guys were wonderful. Everything works well. I am trying to get used to on some TV shows that the dialogue and their lips moving do not match up. Hopefully, someone can tell me what to do to correct this. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase, my salesman, and the Team who installed it.

The Geek Squad team that installed our lobby TV was on-time, called ahead to let us know they were enroute. There was a slight change to the install that they had to work around and rather than telling us we had to reschedule they took the extra time that day. The team was professional, cleaned up after their work and made sure everything was working as we needed before leaving.
