The installation was completed professionally and on schedule.

Had geek squad mount and setup my 65in Samsung curved tv and man these guys did a fantastic job

The agents were very competent and extremely patient. The two requests I had were assuring my Wii was working and setting up Airplay. They worked diligently and got the Wii working, but AirPlay was a problem. It turned out that Sony is aware of this problem and is working to fix it.

Jonathan Book is a very nice and knowledgeable person. He is always on time, courteous and very polite! He has on a couple of occasions really exceed his knowledge on the product he came to fix and offered additional knowledge on another product! A very good representative for the Geek Squad!

The agent was able to mount my new TV using the prior mount. He was very knowledgeable about how to mount the TV AND how to program it, how it works and how I could use it both through the regular channels and my Roku player. He set up the new TV and its accessories and knew how to do everything quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Geek Squad Rep!!!!

The install of my TV was very easy to get done and the technician was very friendly

The Geek Squad arrived on time to install my new 65" Samsung 4K television. They were able to fit it into a tight space perfectly. They also attached my computer to the large screen so it is easier for me to read the pages. I am very pleased with the installation and the pleasant manners of the installers.

TV was installed quickly and they hooked up everything with no issues.

Technician called several days before to confirm everything. I was notified via text 1 hour prior to technician's arrival on the day of installation. Two technicians arrived wearing masks for my family's safety. They were done within an hour or so. They cleaned up after completion. No problems at all.

Geek Squad personnel who came to my home, to install my 65” TV, were very professional. I would highly recommend them. Mario & Zach were fantastic at their job. I think they should get a raise.

I bought an 85 inch from Best Buy. Beautiful TV. But when? They send out installers. It's not the Geek Squad. They sub their workout to third party people. 220-year-old showed up 3 months experience. The guy started drilling holes in my walls. Looking for studs instead of using a stud finder put 10 holes in my wall. They didn't have the proper anchors. They didn't have the proper tools had to supply everything. Took the bolts to my fifty five inch that I was gonna hang in another room and the guy kept on saying he's gonna bring them back But he didn't when I called Best Buy. I was told that they don't have bolt packages there and that I could return the TV if I wanted. New bolts makes 0 sense. Best Buy has a great selection. But for $250. I really want professionals coming out to my house. Not to people that I have 2. Weeks training. They do 1 week in school and the rest they do on your house terrible program. Once you buy that t, v, you're on your own. Higher real installers, that's my device.
