Week squad installed my tv quickly

I'm on my third Sony Bravia 75 UHD. Start up issues.Adam has been here each time to replace my TV's. He did a great job each time and explained the harmony remote. He was very patient with me learning how to use the new remote, soundbar and blue ray.

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the team did mount the large TV and connected the bluetooth speakers, I was charged an additional $50 for the speaker. I was told that the connection of the speakers would cost an additional $50. When I called the Geek Squad, I did tell the person whom I spoke with that I had a large TV, two speakers, and the same additional items that I had the Geek Squad connect when I moved into a home in Nevada. The Orlando Geek Squad team told me that the additional items were not listed on the order and I would have to pay more for those also. I declined. The new CEO, whom I understand was the CFO, has certainly changed things and I will be closing my membership with the Geek Squad.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Service was first grade - from the setup of the TV mount, the TV installation and the clean up thereafter, The team had all the needed tools and materials with them to ensure the TV mount I ordered was securely installed to ensure the 55" TV I had ordered could be securely hung up. I would hire this team again every time.
