I had no way to haul the tv so I had it delivered and installed. The service technicians were very professional, friendly and understood exactly what I wanted to accomplish. Delivered, installed and set up the tv in a very professional and timely manner and removed the box and all packing. Glad I had them do it.

I had delivery plus installation for LG TV, scheduled for 7:30am to 11:30am. but unfortunately delvery guy didnt show up , I was waiting home all day. despite multiple calls I didnt get any assitance, I took off from work to stay home for this delivery. I was so excited for new TV, but Geek squad delivery team ruined it. Now they are saying me to reschedule it and wait for another two weeks as they dont have any appointments available. Dont use this service if you can pickup and setup this by yourself. Its so much painful. Amazon delivery is much better and always on time.

The Geek Squad agents installed my new replacement TV in a timely manner and ensured that all appropriate devices were connected. They were efficient and treated me as if I was their own mother which was appreciated beyond measure. Instructional information was provided in a simplified manner with clarity of understanding.

The technicians did an excellent job installing in wall power kits, mounting my tvs, and connecting them to all devices. They anticipated items that might be needed and had them on the truck just in case. I purchased the wrong HDMI cables and needed an additional in wall power kit. Lucky for me they had these items on the truck.

The agents were nice and neat with the work of wrangling a 75" TV out of its box and set up for viewing. I was glad that I didn't pass on having them go through the initial setup: I have Generation 1 Sonos products and they won't work with the TV/remote unless Bluetooth is turned off on the TV.

The installation was fast and furious and the geeks seemed in too much of a hurry to adequately answer our questions and test the equipment for quality of output. The sound bar was found afterwards to create echos and not be fully synchronized with the TV and thus required a second trip for its removal. The original hookup required a 16 foot HDML cable for hookup and the Geek only had a 24 foot cable onboard and thus its installation not only cost me extra money but left me with a pile of extra cable to add to the mess alongside my printer stand! To top it off we called three times after the install to ask questions and get things straight and received 0 responses, requiring us to go to the store and demand satisfaction.
