Inconsistent service and lack of response.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installation was fast and furious and the geeks seemed in too much of a hurry to adequately answer our questions and test the equipment for quality of output. The sound bar was found afterwards to create echos and not be fully synchronized with the TV and thus required a second trip for its removal. The original hookup required a 16 foot HDML cable for hookup and the Geek only had a 24 foot cable onboard and thus its installation not only cost me extra money but left me with a pile of extra cable to add to the mess alongside my printer stand! To top it off we called three times after the install to ask questions and get things straight and received 0 responses, requiring us to go to the store and demand satisfaction.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Having a new home theater system installed is very exciting indeed. Have complications during the completion of the service is not, especially if you can't get the support you need. We apologize for your having to go to lengths to get the answers you needed.

A wonderful service

A sub-contractor showed up when he said he would. Set it up, took the cardboard and packaging, as well as our old equipment away, gave a a great tutorial on our new equipment and was very professional. That’s much easier than me stuffing a new TV into the car, getting rid of the old stuff, and packaging. No brainer!

Just Let a Geek Do It

They were so precise with their measurements, knew which elements in the room to take into consideration and even set up my remotes. Total pros. Plus they were great about doing their work socially distanced and masked.
