fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. everything works after they left and they explained everything about the TV and remote. Also answered questions , even those unrelated to actual TV functions. site was clean when they left.

I like that wall mount. It was the one that was compatible with my walls. My walls are very thin. I like that you can pull the tv in and out and move the move slightly sideways from left to right vice versa. Geek squad installed it and my tv in about 40 mins. Amazing work!

This was an overall wonderful experience. Agents arrived on time and used tremendous care in the mounting and installation of our new TV. They also cleared the area of debris once their process was complete.

The agents mounted my new TV and connected all my devices. They did an excellent job. Unfortunately, there is a "fire brake" in the wall and they couldn't install the in-wall cord concealer. I have to hire an electrician to do that.

Geek Squad installed my LG CX 65 recently (TV and mount also purchased from Best Buy), and the installation could not have gone any more smoother. I got lucky with Marty (and I believe Mike), who were both excellent, extremely professional, and followed Covid-19 protocols. 5 stars to the team, and definitely recommend to others.

I searched every aspect of the OLED TV'S, and decided on the 77" LG OLED EVO. I have to say, this is the best picture I've seen. It is bright, and the colors just pop. I want to watch everything now. Easy remote. No poblems.
