The agents mounted my TV and connected all of my devices.

1st TV delivered was installed but didn't power up. Geek squad tech uninstalled / returned the defective TV and quickly schedule a 2nd delivery & install 4 days later. All good now.

The Geek Squad installation team was great. They help me save money as I brought the wrong products for I wanted done. Thankful the technicians had items on their truck for my to use and their mounts were even cheaper than my original purchase. The technicians could have just installed what I brought but they went the extra mile so I didn't over pay for products. I'd definitely use geek squad services again.

I was not able to be home during the installation, but I had someone available to let them in. The display was mounted on the preexisting mount. I left2 new HDMI 2.1 cables to be used instead of the older ones on the old TV. They still used the old ones that were not 4K 120Hz compatible, so I had to switch them myself after they left. They also hung the TV in an uncentered manner, meaning it is 6 inches too far to the right. This means that I will have to fix it myself by taking the TV off and rehanging it. This effectively renders their services useless, and it is very frustrating. I can't believe they did not check the TV "center" as a basic checkpoint. While the delivery/installation was technically free, I still had to buy the Totaltech to get that and it was the same amount. It is very disappointing and underwhelming.

I recently purchased an 85" Sony X900H TV. The TV legs were just barely too wide to fit on my TV stand, so that made the decision to mount the TV an easy one. Geek Squad came to my house, and had the TV mounted on the wall within 30 minutes. They were quick, did a high quality job, and took care to make sure the TV was level.

I am extremely happy with the service. The Geek Squad did a very professional and speedy job. The tech showed up promptly when he called. Left no mess when he was done and walked me through the whole process what he was doing and what I preferred for set up. If you are not good at measuring or lining up things evenly or correctly I recommend letting the Geek Squad do it for you.

The two Geek Squad members that hooked up our new tv were excellent. On time and were very informative about our new tv.

The 2 techs that came to the house were very knowledgeable and took their time setting hanging the TV and taking care of the installation. After they programmed both the TV remote and cable remote to the TV, they took the time to show us how to use them.

The Mounting service was very good. Courteous staff who knew what they were doing.

Installed TV on existing brackets. Great job. Removed old useless TV.
