Nathan def knew his work. Eric mainly assisted with install. Very happy with their work, communication and timeliness.

Efficient installation by Geek Squad!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was the first thing that was installed when the Geek Squad arrived...they mounted the television once the mount was on the wall and then proceeded to install the rest of the equipment. They managed all the cables and left the space looking 100% better than when they arrived!

Stand-out Service from Best Buy!

There were a few glitches -- mostly from my not understanding the process. However, everything was done smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. My new T.V. is great -- makes viewing easier and the room looks less cluttered. I would definitely recommend the installation crew to anyone who needs help.
