We weren't sure whether it would be worth the money, but when you are spending a lot for a really good TV, it's best to let them install (then if it gets broken or damaged - it's on them and I haven't wasted a lot of money). I've had three 55" (or bigger) TV's installed this way and it helps me sleep better at night. It's convenient and I've always had courteous on-time delivery.

The Geek Squad did an amazing job mounting and setting up my tv. Love it.

Two young service techs were the very best at solving an ongoing problem, and they "set up" TV as it should have been when I purchased TV. That man said he didn't know how. So, I did my best to set it up.

The agent mounted 3 of my TVs exactly the way I wanted

Delivery on 6/26 was unsuccessful due to limitations or restrictions through 3rd party company. Rescheduled for 7/10. One tech was sent to install an 82 inch TV. My fiance was home and helped with the installation. This is unacceptable due to the fact i paid for the company to install and mount the Tv professionally. I reached out to Best Buy customer support to see if I would be credited back at least half the cost of the installation and i was referred to the 3rd pary installation company who was unable to credit the charge since it was assessed through Best Buy. I requested to be transferred back to Best Buy and immediately asked for a Supervisor. The agent took in the details and then transferred me to the Geek Squad where I spoke with an agent who apologized for the issue, offered full credit for the installation and also offered a $100 gift card for the inconvenience. He informed me it would take some time before i would see the credit on my statement and to receive the gift card in the mail. I waited a little while and did not recieve either credit or gift card. I called and spoke with Gregory who informed me there were no notes and informed me I would not receive the installation credit but offered the $100 gift card. I would not accept the solution and asked to speak with a supervisor. He said he was working from home and would have someone call me back. Based on my previous interactions where i was told something would happen and it did not. I would not accept this. The agent told me that's all he could do and kept trying to end the call which made me upset. I asked to speak with a supervisor he said he took my info and that was all he could do. I asked him to please not hang up on me and he did anyway. I have been a Best Buy customer for years and i have never experienced such poor customer service. Im not sure i will ever shop there again. I would have put zero stars if available.

The tech was very good and very polite. He was very careful with his shoes and equipment. He was very considerate of me, my apt, and belongings. He knew exactly how to put everything together and did not mind questions. He made great suggestions of things that would work the best for my situation.

The agents were prompt and setup the tv and devices

This item is perfect for my 75 inch screen TV. It holds it up and no signs of a dropping. Perfectly installed.

The TV does exactly as advertised. Only disappointment was no 4K programing from my cable provider. HD is still outstanding. Thankfully I had apple TV so that Im able to watch 4K content without having to upgrade my cable porviders equipment. The Geek squad was outstanding in getting everything hooked up for me.
