great service and care

The tech was courteous and careful and took care of several issues that had been bothersome with the old TV. It was mounted above a computer table and all of the equipment for voice control was installed so that the final work could be done easily. I highly recommend geek squad.

Great tech crew!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even though the order was not written up correctly in the store, the techs were able to work with their office to get it "righted" and were in and out of the house in about an hour with the old TV down and moved, the new TV mounted where I wanted it on a new mount that allows tilt and swivel. And it was completed 2 days before the online website said it could be done!

They also connected the satellite box, DVD player, and a vintage CD player. After they hauled away my old "the" TV, they instructed me on how all the new equipment worked, they made sure the area was well cleaned. I highly recommend using the GEEK SQUAD.
