Techs did not have install a mounting bracket as there was already one in place for the TV that was being taken down and upgraded to another that was suitable for the new one. They inspected the bracket to insure that it was up to the standards for the weight of the new one, installed it and set it up.

Installers were careful and respectful of our property. Friendly and polite. Took away our old TV. Interfaced the TV with our Xfinity remote as requested. Made sure we were satisfied before leaving. The whole process was slick and painless.

I used Geek Squad to mount and install a 70" television on my wall. They were courteous, on time and took their time to make sure everything worked correctly. They weren't gone 5 minutes before I couldn't remember something they had told me. So I called one of the guy's cell and he talked me through it and stayed on the line to make sure it worked. Great service!
