Geek Squad provides great communication & service!

GEEK Install LARGE TV

These guys are great!

They were courteous, on time and took their time to make sure everything worked correctly. They weren't gone 5 minutes before I couldn't remember something they had told me. So I called one of the guy's cell and he talked me through it and stayed on the line to make sure it worked. Great service!

Geek Squad to the rescue

Went out of there way to explain exactly what they were doing, and how the new TV worked and were very patient with me as they explained how my remote worked, and showed me how to download the apps I wanted. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves.

INSTALLER DID A GOOD JOB
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HE CAME ON TIME AND MOUNTED THE LARGE SCREEN PERFECTLY ON THE WALL AND GOT IT WORKING TO SEE THE SUPER-BOWL. I CONNECTED WITH TIVO TO UPDATE THE BOX AND DVR.

A little frustrating but they resolved it

In hindsight I should have insisted the TVs to be rung up on separate transactions bc it was a nightmare for the geek squad. I had to spend over an hour sorting it out with geek squad transferring me here and there and that was frustrating. Finally the manager called and took care of me.

Geek Squad Did Great, Again
