The agents were superstars. They installed and explained everything to us more quickly than we had expected

The guy that came out did a good job of hanging the TV on the wall. I thought he would do more of going over the TV features and making sure my Direct TV was at its best picture level. I had figure it out myself later. I felt like the installer was in a rush. This was a lot of money just for a TV mount only. And then he charged us an additional $40 to just put on a sound bar. A little steep of price paid for the service in my opinion. The best value was the haul away of my old TV for $15. Not overly impressed with the Geek Squad service on this one. Could have hired a handyman for a lot less just to hang a TV wall mount. Next time I'll just get the delivery and haul away option and save myself a lot of money and figure out the TV features and correct picture quality on my own, like I did this time.

this guy was awesome. He knew what he was doing & was efficient while being friendly.

Tech did a great job. The only issue is that the poor guy had no idea what size tv he was mounting and two techs schools have been sent. Had my husband not been home it would not have been done. I know when the appt was scheduled I told them it was an 80” tv. Too big for one person to safely mount.

I bought a new 75” TV for my basement. I was very pleased with the Geek Squad install. I’ve never had a cleaner looking connection! There are no visible cords to any of my devices. I was able to add on some clean up on other TV’s in my new home also.

This mounting bracket was easy to mount and securely keeps tv held. The bracket allows a smooth glide in and out as well as a 4D tilting option. If access was need for tv connection there is nearly 8 inch of space to get behind TV.

Did excellent service. Actually came a day earlier than scheduled. They practiced Covid safety. We’re very professional and polite. Had my 75” tv wall mounted in less than an hour. Went thru setups and had everything going. Even gave me a quick rundown how to wall mount my Bose Soundbar. Would highly recommend.

We had installed a 75" Sony Bravia TV on the wall with the wires put into the wall. The two guys that came were very professional and quick. Did a Great job, cleaned and sweep up any mess. They couldn't have been more helpful and explained how everything worked. Well worth it!

The agents connected my television quickly and efficiently. Money well spent.

The Geek Squad mounted the 55" TV on the mount and attached my cables. They did a great job and removed TV box and trash. Excellent job.
