Small issue with initial tech making the speaker wires too long, and appeared one was touching another which kept forcing receiver to go into protect mode and turn off. Was quickly remedied when tech trouble shot the issue.

Took only minutes to have my tv mounted and setup.

Did excellent service. Actually came a day earlier than scheduled. They practiced Covid safety. We’re very professional and polite. Had my 75” tv wall mounted in less than an hour. Went thru setups and had everything going. Even gave me a quick rundown how to wall mount my Bose Soundbar. Would highly recommend.

The guy that came out did a good job of hanging the TV on the wall. I thought he would do more of going over the TV features and making sure my Direct TV was at its best picture level. I had figure it out myself later. I felt like the installer was in a rush. This was a lot of money just for a TV mount only. And then he charged us an additional $40 to just put on a sound bar. A little steep of price paid for the service in my opinion. The best value was the haul away of my old TV for $15. Not overly impressed with the Geek Squad service on this one. Could have hired a handyman for a lot less just to hang a TV wall mount. Next time I'll just get the delivery and haul away option and save myself a lot of money and figure out the TV features and correct picture quality on my own, like I did this time.

I think the TV and mounting crew ALWAYS go above and beyond! They do so much more than you think they are going to do and actually seem like they care which is hard to find nowadays.

Definitely recommend Geek Squad to do the install on my 85" TV. With such a big TV, you gotta have 2 or 3 sets of hands to get everything bolted in, lifted and configured right.

Dan and Quinton were very friendly and did a great job! They communicated great on arrival time. I'll reccomend Geek Squad to anyone. The third party was suppose to install 3 weeks prior and never called and didn't show up.

2 agents came to install 86" tv and mount. Very courteous and professional. Made sure they installed where i wanted it. Cleaned everything up before they left. I read some bad reviews about this service but luckily I didnt encounter any issues. Would definitely use geeksquad again.
