I like my new 65" TV. The young men who set up and delivered my new tv did a great job. They were polite , explained every thing about my new TV. The geek squad are great people that is why i signed up for them to do all my work on my tv's and on my computer . It is well worth the money.

Gentleman from Geek Squad calls me to tell me they are short people since his helper is in the hospital. A woman shows up (clearly not who I spoke to) to mount a 50 inch TV. They are supposed to guide and recommend TV height (they are the experts) and this was premium installation. The cable and electric is integrated into the wall for wall mountings. They mounted it much too high, with wires hanging. Disappointed for $200 and customer service hasn’t gotten back to me. BEWARE!

I appreciate the service that is provided but with regards to the techs, it depends on whom you get. They are willing to help but don’t necessarily set up the product so that you don’t have issues. I’ve had to call numerous times to have a phone representative tell me how to correct the problem and it’s still not fixed.

The mount is an awesome size for the size of my tv

My husband got me a new TV for Christmas to replace our older (not a smart TV). Our old TV set on a nightstand stand and totally in the way and got bumped regularly.

Since I am almost illiterate on tech issues, I was so grateful that you sent the same tech to finish our job. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I hope all your techs are like him.

They did an overall great job, that had to call two guys due to the tv size which ate up the day but overall great.

The agents installed the tv very quickly, not more than 20 min.

Don was outstanding. After an absolutely horrible experience with getting the details worked out. 10-12 hours of being on hold. I had had it with Best Buy. Don came in and turned it all around. He communicated well. Came when he said he would and knew what he was doing. Can't say enough good about Don of the Geek Squad.

Geek squad showed up on time. Called when they were 30 minutes away. Installed TV perfectly on an outside patio stucco wall. All went well and we're happy with their work
