Good installation of TV and hookup to stereo.

Then they made sure that the stereo system which is controlled by the master remote was operating and also showed me how to use the DVD player. They were patient, which I appreciated.

Horrible horrible horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gentleman from Geek Squad calls me to tell me they are short people since his helper is in the hospital. A woman shows up (clearly not who I spoke to) to mount a 50 inch TV. They are supposed to guide and recommend TV height (they are the experts) and this was premium installation. The cable and electric is integrated into the wall for wall mountings. They mounted it much too high, with wires hanging. Disappointed for $200 and customer service hasn’t gotten back to me. BEWARE!

Necessary Investment for Peace of Mind

The Sony 85" TV, Soundbar and Speakers became a completed project in just a couple of hours, and the follow up service is great. Got to have it.

Geek Squad installed my TV fast and efficiently.

They attached the mounting bracket to the wall, attachedand set up the TV, and reviewed all of the functions with me. And it was all included with Geek Squad.

Don was outstanding. So easy to work with

After an absolutely horrible experience with getting the details worked out. 10-12 hours of being on hold. I had had it with Best Buy. Don came in and turned it all around. He communicated well. Came when he said he would and knew what he was doing. Can't say enough good about Don of the Geek Squad.
