Service was excellent, glad I spent the extra money

Installers were professional and assisted in making sure all cables were routed and installed correctly to all connected devices.

Geek Squad Guy did great but my HDMI cables were to short and he was out of them on truck install still not complete I think it would be great if a Geek Squad Guy was available in store for consultation when buying like products for recommending correct add ons

They were fabulous- they took over and I supplied them with whatever they needed and the next thing I knew. There were sound. Albert & Wence ? They did a fabulous job.

They were good at what they did but was in a hurry to leave when we still had questions that were not answered, i guess since they had gotten paid they were ready to leave, not very professional. Would like to have someone more educated in dealing with the public next time.

Not only did the guys do the install, they made sure it was to my liking before they left. I had noticed a minor slant when looking from afar. One of the guys knew it would bother me and he did a minor tweak and fixed it for me. The whole process was smooth and they even took care of removal of the box/trash.

I was in the hospital during the time of installation but my mother in law was here and she said the installer was very professional and courteous. He followed up with me the entire time to ensure to let me know what time he would be at my home. I’m very happy and satisfied with the installation.

The 2 installers from the geek squad were wonderful. I was working and had a family member present for install and they stayed in touch with me and gave me their recommendations for placement which was helpful.
