Very professional, they mounted and connected everything with no issues

You get what you pay for and feel like I was the winner! Geek Squad rocks! They were super careful when entering my house, shoe covers, masked and professionals. Within about 10 minutes took the TV out of the carton, measured and hung my gorgeous 82" Samsung on the living room wall. I love Best Buy!!

Geek squad service was great. Professionally done and helpful hints. HOWEVER, Best Buy third party arrangements for the installation fell through three times because Best Buy could not figure out how to write a contract with the contractors to deliver as well as do the connection and set up. My advice is to take the stuff stuff home yourself if you can manage it or be prepared to wait for the in-house service

The mount was installed where I indicated and TV attached.

This was an easy mount as it was on a regular wall with no challenges

Mounted my TV no issues perfect measuring and confirmation before wall install. Professional and courteous at all times.

After arriving in my home the two guys took the time to mark my wall for the proper mounting height since my entertainment center that would be below the TV hadn't arrived. They worked efficiently, were friendly, explained all the details of my remote, and cleaned everything up before leaving. I would recommend, and would use again if needed.

Worth every penny! The man was very courteous, knowledgeable, and did the job efficiently. I never would have been able to hang this tv - even with a gaggle of friends - so I am very impressed he was able to hang it so well by himself. Worth the extra money!!!

The first time the Geek Squad came for their install, 8 people showed up, each taking a TV and each taking over a room in the house where they provided their magic. That was a lot of people each working in unison and getting the job done.

The agents arrived with my TV visibly secured and safe. They were extremely respectful of COVID guidelines, and frequently asked questions to make sure that it was installed exactly where and how I wanted. They even did some minor cable clean up.
