Geek Squad Install

Took suggestions when it was necessary. They took there time and installed the TV correctly so it will work with my other equipment.

Better communication

They did a good job, but they are not consistent with communication and follow up. There was an issue with the setting up of the equipment and they let their superior know about it. We were supposed to get a call which we didn’t, so we called and they were aware of it . They were supposed to get back with us and we are still waiting not very pleased with that.

Very Professional Techs

They explained how the Samsung smart remote worked and they helped me setup our streaming services. They were thorough and weren't rushed to get out. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the installation and operation of the TV.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE all around!!!

The Geek Squad hung my Sony 77" & 65" televisions and Sound Bar perfectly. They were extremely patient & while I was trying to determine the best height to hang it. I will continue to use Geek Squad for my future technology needs.
