Guys took the time to understand viewing habits and worked with that to align and mount TV at just perfect height

The agents were very helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions and helped us find solutions to connect our old system with our new tv. They were happy to help us and had a great positive attitude saying it’s their pleasure to help us, even on New Year’s Eve.

Had a little trouble nailing down an install date, you guys are so busy, dates and time would book really fast: openings would disappear. Did not get my sound bar mounted and my low voltage wire were not hidden because order was not written right in the first meeting. I was not aware that I needed to mention this and that it became an issue. Still not mounted.

The Geek Squad installed the TV on the wall and also connected the Sound Bar to the system. They also made it so that one controller can be used for the whole system. Would definitely recommend them for anyone's installation.

The agents that mounted my TV were very nice and professional. They weren’t the problem. First,they were an hour later arriving than I was expecting based in the multiple texts I received through the morning. I was informed it was due to the auto scheduling service used by Best Buy now Second is my bigger issue. I have been a Best Buy member since 2018. I understand terms change. But I was charged $250 for the installation of my TV. There was no $ range based in time spent and job required. I already had a TV where the new one was going so all they had to do was take the old one off the mount and hang the new one. They were done in around 30 min. It was in a commercial site and the mount was high is the only reason we didn’t do it ourselves. I would expect to pay this much of they had to drill and hang the TV mount and then the TV maybe, but not for the small amount of work needed. I’ve always enjoyed the benefits of being a Total Member but if they keep changing the terms it might be time to end it.

Michael, set up my 55" Sony 55" Michael has been the best tech I've had from Geek Squad. Very knowledgeable, knows how to set up tv's. Can answer any questions regarding the TV he is setting up. Very respectful of your property
