He was there on time, got down to work and had the tv mounted above the fireplace in less than thirty minutes. My wife and daughter were surprised to come into the family room and see me with the controller in my hand.

Agents were polite, informative and patient. Mounted my 75 in tv and dint need to use new mount purchased so saved me some money. Hooked up sound bar, Wii, DVD and cable and his cords as best as possible. Very happy with outcome and would definitely pay for this service again.

That guy knows he stuff front to back. My wall and mount gave him a little challenge but he figured out and I’m know enjoying my lovely tv without those cords showing.

Geek Squad is a GREAT service.

BestBuy is a godsend for us. The installers were GREAT! They connected and setup everything and even showed us how to use the different services on the TV.
