Instillation of the new 55 inch TV

It was installed by Geek Squad. They arrived on time and followed covid-19 guidelines while at the house. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Nice to have this service to professionally install the TV.

Greatest install

I would highly recommend a home consult and professional install if you are going to be putting a few items into your house. They spent hours efficiently installing the TVs and Sonos system and patiently helped us set up the apps with us so we understood how they worked. Greatest team ever.

Could have been better

First time with Geek Squad being less than highly satisfied. I wasn’t shown certain functions on controls and new soundbar. They did ask “do you have any questions” however when you have a new system how do you know if you have any questions? I paid almost $700 for setup and installation and I think the installation should have been more thorough.
