Very polite Subcontractor, but didn’t do all I nee

He did NOT hook up the VCR, or explain how I could attach my Wii. He did offer to take the empty box with him.

Efficient

Amazing squad.

Timely, Professional Installation

He took time to explain exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. Lee was carefully masked, considerate of the current pandemic guidelines, and respectful of our needs and environment.

The lady I spoke to on the phone to book the service said the wiring would be covered and it was not, and cables would be run to the box, again not the case. Trash was not hauled away. A little pricy for the service you end up receiving. Did not get hooked up to Xfinity by the Geek Squad, Xfinity had to come back out to set it up which cost me another $75 service call.

Brittany is dedicated and sticks to her word!

I really am on the fence still with this purchase and the whole process since I did make it. Brittany at least kept her word and mounted the TV while offering numerous options and communicating very well
