Bad experience with Bath & Body Works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We used the gift card to buy something on the Bath & Body Works (BBW) website. The BBW charged from my balance and send confirmation email, order number... but they did not ship anything. We contacted the BBW but there is no tracking for the order in the BBW system There is no refund for their errors. Bad experience with BBW.

Love your products!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don’t know how else to say this except I love your products. I use your body creams and lotions. I have plug ins through out my home continuously and a car clip too! My favorite freshener is Christmas pine or cedar. Your hand soaps are wonderful and I use a variety of those. The purse size hand sanitizers are a must! Thank you for all your delightful scents.
