This movie takes place in between the video games Batman: Arkham Origins and Batman: Arkham Asylum and while Batman is featured in this he isn't the main focus of this animated film. I like that this film is more focused on DC Universe villains as it gives you a chance to see characters that don't get used as much in these.

Everyone day i checked the deal of the day and was happy when i saw this great movie on sale for $8 Blu-Ray sadly my best buy was out of stock so had to order online. But still for a great story, amazing, voice acting and the price cant beat that. For those who don't know much about the new suicide squad movie thats coming out this movie will get you up to date.

I really enjoyed this movie, parents beware however. This may not be suitable for younger kids. People do get killed a bit graphically and there is some partial (animated) nudity, does not show a whole lot but enough that a younger audience may ask questions about what they are seeing and what they are doing in that scene.

The Bluray was in excellent conditon and played perfectly. The movie itself was spectacular. It had a great story, action, and an insight into several of Batman's supporting characters that have never truly been explored. I would say this film rivals most live action films of the same genre and may even be more exciting.

Fans of the DC Animated films know that they are much better than the DC Cinematic Universe. If you didn't like the Suicide Squad movie then you should check this film out. The character development is fantastic and there's plenty of great Batman stuff as well. It fits into the Arkham game storylines but you don't need to play them to get this film.

Another great entry in DC Entertainment's animated universe, BATMAN: ASSAULT ON ARKHAM features the Suicide Squad in their first animated appearance in a full-length feature. Great stuff! And the bonus HARLEY QUINN figure included with the Combo Pack was a welcome addition to my collection of Best Buy Exclusive DC figurines (included with every Best Buy DC Combo Pack).

This is a great animate movie. Just be warned that it is really not about Batman. He takes more a backseat. This movie focuses on the Suicide Squad, which is a team up of baddies. Great animation, story, and Kevin Conroy as Batman is always amazing. This is a grown-up cartoon movie and not intended for young kids, fyi.

This is now one of my favorite Batman animated titles because it's very unique - interesting plot that is more mature oriented and quite humorous! It also focus more on the rogues rather than Batman, which makes it more interesting and makes me want to watch the Suicide Squad movie when it comes out!

This is one of the better DC animated movies to date. It shows the character of Harley Quinn as not only a love-struck dolt, but shows how damaged she really was to begin with. She's stepping out on her own a little, even if it is with other criminals. It also shows her heart's in the right place, if not her mind.

After so many super hero films focusing on the main title heroes (Batman, Superman, etc.) It is nice to see a picture change the structure and show things from the villain's point of view. This film takes place in the Arkham Asylum video game franchise story line and may be a good indicator of what to expect in the upcoming Suicide Squad movie.

If you are a Batman fan then you will love this animated movie, and even if you are not a fan you would like it. It is dark and with an excellent plot. If you have played the video game you will enjoy this movie a lot. Just be aware that this movie may not be appropiate for little kids due to its violent content.

I have every DC Animated Film. This is definitely one of the better ones released so far. With that, this is also the most adult one written so far. I usually watch all of these with my son, he is only 8, this particular one is the first one I'm probably not going to let him see until he is a little bit older. :-)

This movie was awesome I mean you can't ask for more you have all of your favorite villains who you love to hate in one movie working together as a dysfunctional team. This movie has the action thrilled mission, lovers quarrel, comedic relief and a little Batman what more can you ask for

Very fun, and funny version of batman, also had some dark and wow moments. Even though the main focus was on the suicide squad and their characters, batman does come in the picture from time to time. This is one animie I am not going to get tired of watching.

Assault is closer to the comics then then Suicide Squad the movie. If you didnt like Suucide Squadyou might enjoy Assualt as it follows the books a lot closer. However if you really liked Suicide Squad then youll probally love Assuat. I enjoyed. Good animation, not for children at all bit a fun adult Batman spinoff movie.

Not only did i see this for the right price it convince me much more on the background of the Suicide Squad involvement. Really enjoy every moment and definitely looking forward to more to come from DC especially as a collector and fan it shown promise to the core of Batman.

This movie is nice for those who like the DC movies, I did want / expect a little bit more of a punch but the fighting in it was really good, batman is shown at his peak and is in excellent shape. The movie does have a few moments where they do chat a little but non the less its a great movie and I would definitely recommend it.

Centered from the perspective of the suicide squad, this animated film takes a unique approach for a Batman centric title. While not as good as Justice League Doom, War or Flashpoint Paradox it is entertaining and well done. Just keep in mind Batman is a secondary character in this film when purchasing this title or you will be disappointed.

All in all, I'd have to say this movies pretty cool! It has the suicide squad's Harley Quinn, and she's as funny as ever. Batman delivers the Bat Justice like you'd expect. With the action and deductive skills hard at work this is a Batman movie not to miss. If you're a Batman fan, you're going to enjoy this movie! I would recommend it!

Assault on Arkham is a fun action movie. It's nice to see some of the bad guys get the spotlight. Don't let the title fool you, it's more of a Suicide Squad movie that co-stars Batman, and that's a good thing. Some violent content and adult situations and language.Parents might not want their little ones watching it without supervision.
