A solid sequel continuing the story from the post New 52 Batman storyline. Plus an exclusive Nightwing figurine and comic! :)

One of the best things about the WB/DC Universe animated movies is the continuing stories surrounding Batman. In this installment, the focus is less on Batman and more on other characters: Nightwing, Batwoman, Batwing and Robin, and the building of their relationship with Batman and each other. Fight scenes were amazingly animated! Overall a great addition to the continuing Batman saga!

This was a really good addition to the Batman animated movie series with an action pact plot. I also enjoyed seeing the various relationships between the different members of the Bat family throughout the movie.

Even know Marvel is ahead of the game when it comes to their cinematic universe, DC owns the animation game. Their latest Batman full-length animation continues that trend. The story is great and so is the animation in particular the fight scenes. If you are a big animation geek like me then you'll definitely want to check out the extras.

Excellent movie compared to the other Batman movies. Batwoman also makes her first appearance and glad to see she kept her attitude. Though I'm disappointed they gave the figure away to Nightwing, this is pretty much Batwoman's movie...

Its truly a shame that DC can't figure out how to make a classic live action film but can turn out great animated film one behind the other. This is just another additional to the title. Not up there with Doom and Under the Red Hood for me but still really good.

What do you do when Batman goes missing? The obvious answer is to have someone fill in for him. This is where the movie starts. Batman is seemingly killed. Alfred calls on Dick Grayson (Nightwing) to cover for a time while trying to find the truth of what happened to Batman. Grayson is joined by Batwoman and Damian Wayne (Robin) as they defend the city in Batman’s absence. Before this movie, I didn’t know there were so many Batman derivatives. Looking it up, Nightwing along with Damian Wayne, Tim Drake, Superman, and even Bane have dawned the cape and cowl. To add to the mix, Batwing (who I had never heard of prior to this movie) makes an appearance. I’m not sure if the goal was to introduce Batwing to a larger bat-verse or what. Given my love of the animated DC Universe, I haven’t seen Batwing pop up in any other movies. What I liked about this movie was… well…. I honestly don’t remember much about the movie. I know the league of shadows plays a role in the movie. There’s also a few hints dropped about Damian’s origins. But ultimately, this was a very forgettable movie.   It’s not the voice acting that ruins the movie. It’s the writing. Everything you see could be pulled from another movie. Nothing stands out as unique to this film. Staying as spoiler free as possible. When the truth behind Batman’s disappearance is revealed, I found myself thinking back to episodes of the Batman cartoons from the 90’s and early 2000’s. Nothing to see here. Ultimately, my purchase of this movie is laced with a bit of regret. There just wasn’t enough there to go back for a second viewing. At least I didn’t pay too much for it. No recommended.

My son loves just about everything DC comics. He even bought this with his own money so that tells you how excited he was to get it.

This Movie is great for any Batman Fan, Batman Rocks

I loved this movie! It was a good continuation of the Damien series. The character is spot on. DCUA does it again!

By spreading the characters and story over several movies this has been a great series of films.

Another solid entry in the DC animated universe. Wish the live action universe was so lucky.

A follow up to Batman vs Robin. It is great to see DC including more of the Bat family Batwoman and Batwing.

Movie was great like most of their movies the only thing is the graphic novel is so small

Good Successor to Batman vs Robin. Alot of action and good story. A very fun movie.

They're all there. Good storyline and enjoyed the fighting scenes.
