It's surprising that the 4K version isn't that much better than the Blu Ray version given that the movie was recorded on film (as opposed to a digital recording). I thought the 4K scan would have added more information. Luckily, this item included both copies. My copy did come with a digital code but it's a hit or miss. The Dark Knight 4K copy did not.

Batman Begins was definitely a step up from the prior few Batman movies... darker and more enjoyable like Batman and Batman Returns were. Christian Bale excelled in the role and its really to bad that he's not returning to the role for upcoming movie with Superman. While the original Batman is probably still my favorite, this one rates up there although The Dark Knight was my favorite of this trilogy. Definitely worth seeing if you are into superhero movies, assuming you haven't seen it already.

Movie was good, even better in 4k. Enjoyed the picture quality.

Hands down the best "reboot" movie of all time, this one has it all. Nolan takes great care in setting up the backstory of the Caped Crusader in the first half of the film. The second half kicks into overdrive and ends with a fantastic finish.

I had to buy the movie again since my other disc was scratched, I guess from watching it many times lol. This is a class must have I can't believe it's already been 15 years since the movie came out.

The entry story to the Dark Knight trilogy! A fantastic and gritty story on the origins of Batman. Classic movie and must own for your collection!

Gotham City, mysterious characters, cool and high tech gadgets, awesome rides, not to mention truly amazing since this is not kind of Batman genre we have seen in the past. Very good movie five stars thumbs up.

Nolan's take on Batman's origins and how he became Batman is a great story. We all know the basic story, but this goes a lot deeper. Christian Bale is also an excellent choice to play Batman. I would personally put him as my second favorite behind Michael Keaton.

One of my all time favorite films. I still believe Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy is one of the greatest film trilogy's ever made. Great films, great characters. Great character examinations. It's one of those films I can watch over and over again and never get bored.

Excellent presentation in 4k! Love the movie and my favorite of the 3 Nolan Batman movies. The soundtrack is good and great detail on the visuals. Worth the upgrade from standard blu-ray.

I enjoyed this film to start the Trilogy as it was a bit different for what you'd expect from Batman movies. The voice Christian Bale uses as Batman was just terrible & made me laugh from time to time but other than that I get plenty of compliments on this addition in my BluRay collection. The fact it seems "Collectorish" being a steel-book garners some positive remarks as well. If it's the right price & right film for your liking I'd always recommend a steel-book.

This is my personal favourite Batman film. This does his origins so well and there are so many incredible scenes, including an awesome car chase with the Batmobile and a scene taken right from the pages of the Batman Year One comic book story.

This really set the tone on how to make a realistic hero movie. The story is really good and the action is solid. This is a well made move.

While not quite as good as Dark Knight, this is still a very good Batman movie!!

I love all the Batman franchise by Christopher Nolan. He has done a fantastic job with all three films. I loved the trilogy so much, I have replaced my DVD versions with the 4K format.

Great movie to start a series off with. Not only was the casting spot on for this movie, but the score, acting, and cinematography were as well. Great movie.

The movie is great. The 4k presentation and sound are terrific. I highly recommend it.

A weird one. One scene will looks gorgeous. The next scene has DNR all over.
