First, this is an excellent collaboration between American comics and Japanese animation, one that DC and other businesses should explore more often, along with the mixing of American comics with other cultures artistic and storytelling flair. The movie is a little crazy in the story section, but it fits very well given the anime influence and makes Batman entertaining in a way that it can lack on occasion. While the anime influence is undeniable, the creators held true to the Batman tone and feelings. Highly recommended for a watch.

I get suckered into getting these DC Comics animated movies every once in a while and I usually regret it because the animation is horrible. Some of them are so poorly drawn that I can't make it through the first five minutes. This Batman cartoon, however, is the exception to that rule. It's a WB Animated feature that actually looks good! I took one star off for a goofy resolution to the story, but the animation made this movie worth seeing.

Crazy movie, and a great steelbook to go along with it.

The art style for this one was really good. DC continues to put out great quality animations and this one has been my favorite by far.The story is kinda silly and shouldn’t be taken too seriously.There are definitely moments where I wish certain lines hadn’t been said but you’re really wanting to watch this one for the action scenes and just the art period.The battle scenes are what make this a great movie and the character designs are really neat.I would definitely recommend this,especially for the price that it is now.

Always have a soft spot for DC animated feature films.
