Better than I remembered, but still VERY much of it's time. If you would like a better AV presentation, get the remastered 4K release. The blu-ray from that set has been improved upon compared to this release.

I was a kid when this movie came out, and my dad took me to the theater to see it. I loved it then and I love it now. Much better than its sequels, and stands up to the recent remakes.

Batman 89 on 4K Ultra is amazing. Saw this at the theatre as a 7th grader. Love how it’s restored.

Movie looks awesome in 4k, and the Blu-ray it comes with is an upgrade in picture quality and sound from previous releases.

At $5 this was an incredible price for this classic Tim Burton vision of the dark knight, especially since it included a digital version. Tim Burton, Jack Nicholson, Michael Keaton, Kim Basinger... how could you not give it a chsnce?
