Killed it, and not in a good way.

The Killing Joke is a little underwhelming

An okay story

I did enjoy the added opening bit with Batgirl, but I think I actually enjoyed that more than the main storyline. The ending is a bit odd, too. But the animation and voice acting are good, so I'd say it's worth a watch, if you like these characters.
