Each Superhero feels he has the right side of their differences. Both fight toward the end of the other of the two of them. Meanwhile, there is an EVIL influence, bound to see the complete end of both Superhero. Watch the movie to see this plot unfurl to its distructive end,

This steelbook is rather cool to look at with dual faces but I actually wasn't a huge fan of the movie. While I appreciate the director's darker take, the movie seemed to drag a little. I'm a bigger fan of the Marvel side of things, I guess.

Overall a decent sequel to The Man of Steel. At times, a bit dark, including the photography. Great to see Wonder woman appear and the ending has setup for an even better future sequel. If you like superhero movies then you’ll like this one.

This movie was very hyped up, I didn't see it in the theaters but I did preorder the movie through Best Buy who is always the best bang for your buck. They always have your movie waiting for you, set aside, ready for pick up upon release! I will continue to buy movies from them as they always price match online dealers and any one in the valley!

    A dark movie

Very good but very dark. Lots of killing...don't think I would let kids under 12 watch. Very Long movie-3 hours. Some of the shots I did not care for. They were out of focus but that is the directors style. A good follow up to Man of Steel.

The ultimate edition is well worth the price. It provides a lot of background information (clarity). The only oddity is the rating (MPAA said there was just enough fighting to warrant an R). Otherwise, a great action flick!

    Awesome movie despite critics

I thought Zack Snyder made an awesome movie despite all the poor reviews by the "critics" . It made almost 900 million dollars at the theatre, so what does that tell you. This version of Bat man was more like the comic book version of The Dark Knight than Christopher Nolans version and I thought Ben Affleck did a fine job as the Caped Crusader.

This version of the film is the only version to watch. I wish this is the version I would have seen in the theaters. Worth it to get both versions on digital. The end Batman fight scene is the best fight scene Batman has ever had on screen.

This collection has both the original theatrical release (rated PG-13) and the ultimate edition (rated R) so you can see the extended cut of the movie. Both are in Blu Ray. With the DVD version and Digital Code, this is an excellent value.

    Divided Film - Sweet Steelbook

This film is divisive among fans. My review is for the steelbook. Definitely worth adding to the collection, especially if you're a fan of the film. A rare matte finish steelbook that makes the art better. The reversible sides are cool, but would have been better if you could truly have Superman on the front without having an upside down spine.

The teased Batman and Superman movie from I am Legend has finally arrived. Ben Affleck was an OK Bruce Wayne and Batman, it's just that his role wasn't that great. Batman kills people in this movie, just so you know. Superman, just a follow up to the Man of Steel. Wonder Woman... where is she? The spotlight at the very end. Lex Luthor... good actor, but not his character. Kevin Spacey was the best. What I liked about the movie... 1. Wonder woman, 2. The sign posts on Superman's trial, 3. Easter egg references to comics, 4. Batman vs. Superman fight, 5. Kent goes in the bathroom and chats with Lois while she's taking a bath, but doesn't care

This movie still is at best an average super hero movie, but this version of the film, is improved over the original theatrical cut. If you haven't seen it, or you want to see it again, this is the version of the film you should watch.

Everyone is a critic when it comes to movies. Watch it yourself and form your own opinion. Good introductory movie for what's to come. Movie is drawn out a little more than it should, 3D aspect of movie was excellent. I enjoyed this movie.

The additional 30 minutes is the definitive version. It really should have been the theatrical version, and it seems Warner Brothers is using this as a marketing ploy to get customers to double dip. Not as bad as what most reviews have said, it has a darker tone compared to Marvel. And people seem to be missing the point of the "M****a!".

If you remember the comic then the movies you will own as well. I don't think that any of the DC movies have lived up to the hype. The Marvel movies have had better character development and have been just more fun to watch. I didn't mind when the Batman series went "dark and broody" but with BvS they could have made this film a lot more fun to watch. Instead they drone on with 2 hours of useless backstory just to get to a 10 min battle scene between Batman and Superman. Wonder Woman was just a footnote, and if they would have introduced her as WW earlier instead of waiting until the end, it would have made the film so much better...but what the heck do I know...

    Ultimate Edition improves viewing experience

While Batman v Superman certainly has issues (i.e. Martha!), the Ultimate Edition certainly improved the viewing experience over the Theatrical Version. Worth paying a few bucks more than for just the DVD with only the Theatrical Version.

I am not one of the Batman v Superman detractors; I think that it is a very entertaining movie and the extended edition is even better. Added back in are numerous scene segues and extensions that better explain many of the characters actions and decisions. The extra portions also fill in some noticeable plot-holes from the theatrical release.

This wasn't as bad as some reviews are making it seem. I was not ever in to the DC Universe so I don't have much of a background in the character storylines. I was entertained and found myself wanting to know how it would all turn out.

    Another Underrated Gem

The Ultimate Cut of Zack Snyder's misunderstood superhero film runs a whopping three hours, but that time added is essential to fill in some gaping holes that were put in by Warner Brothers to give a more palpable runtime for audiences. It's a shame we'll never get to see what Snyder wanted for Justice League...

This was a tough movie to decide on. It wasn't the best in the theaters, and it was asking a bit more for this 3D extended package. Ultimately it's worth it. Only complaint is the digital copy isn't available through iTunes, only VUDU.
