    A good Package

The extended cut of this movie does offer clarity to certain plot points but the flaws are still there. It tries to do too much iin one movie, Lex Luthor's portrayal was terrible and the humor mostly fell flat. That being said it looks great visually and story was decent enough. The action didn't disappoint and it did well enough to set up the future JL movie.

The metal case is cool. Both of there pictures are nicely done. The 30 extra minutes should have been in the movie fills in the gaps. I enjoyed the ultimate edition even more then the original version. the best part of the movie is when Wonder Woman shows up. The music they made for her is prefect. I can't wait for her movie and the justice league movies.

Great movie, but does anyone know if the steelbook version comes with the extra scenes that the ultimate edition has?

    So Much Better

This cut makes the movie so much better. When I left the theater I was still happy I got to see all of this on screen but with so many questions. this cut I was basically smiling throughout the whole film. I think just like Man of steel it will get better over time after multiple viewing. At least for me that is and I have heard the same from others. got it on Sale with digital copy and dvd for $15. no brainer.

This version of the movie is ten times better than the theatrical version. It's a shame that these scenes had to be deleted, they really do the movie justice......hahaha....get it!!! lol

    Extended Cut improves film

Let's face it, if you hate this interpretation of Superman, you might not like this cut no matter how much longer it is, but it's obvious Synder has a vision for the series and the extended cuts helps the film mostly. Rumor is, Superman will be much more like what most people are clamoring for after his return. He will be more optimistic, fly out and catch kitties, and say "swell," a lot! :p

The Extended Cut Should Have Been In Theaters...

This comes with 1 Blu-Ray of the the Extended Cut and 1 Blu-Ray and 1 DVD of the Theatrical Cut (with digital copies of both cuts). First off, IGNORE THE THEATRICAL CUTS and GO STRAIGHT TO THE EXTENDED/ULTIMATE EDITION. The reason the theatrical version was so bad and reviled was because certain scenes were cut out and several other scenes were rearranged in an out-of-order sequence, resulting in the overall story making little-to-no sense. This seems to be a trend with WB's treatment of Zack Snyder's films...

Not bad for the first chapter in this series

Not bad of a movie for being the first chapter in this much anticipated series. I don't mind Ben affleck as batman, he was alright (better than George clooney by far) Superman was cool and wonder woman was dope. Lex Luther? New actor please. Plot was slow paced but once the action happened it was on. Overall not bad of a movie especially if your a DC fan

    WORLD'S FINEST

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is my number one favorite movies ever. It marks the first time in motion picture history that two of the most famous superheroes collide and join each other as they face an enemy that wanted to destroy them. Batman and Superman are the World's Finest Superheroes. The Ultimate Edition brought us some addition scenes which is 30 minutes that I wish they would have shown on the big screen. Batman and Superman are my favorite superheroes including Wonder Woman

Finally, Batman and Superman together on the big screen. Coming from a comic book movie fan, Marvel/ DC whatever man we live in a world where we can enjoy both. Is it a perfect movie? No, but tell me which movie is perfect. This is a great introduction to multiple DC characters in the live action universe. The bonus features are great and explain a lot of details. And the Ultimate edition is way better than the theatrical hands down. I highly recommend it if you're a comic book movie fan!

    Long overdue

It's an ambitious project and long overdue. Part Man of Steel sequel, part introduction to Batman (again), Wonder Woman (and some others), and partly an adaptation of the famous Dark Knight Returns and Death of Superman. When it works, it works well - which is surprising considering everything this movie had to be - and didn't have time to be.

The perfect adaptation of Batman by far

BvS: Dawn of Justice is a terrific mess of a movie. I will admit it can be very hard to follow at times and can seem like a Man of Steel sequel, Batman standalone film, Wonder Woman movie, and a Justice League prequel all poorly rolled into one, but Ben Affleck's portrayal of the Caped Crusader and Gal Gadot's brief appearance are the highlights. As of writing this, I have not seen the Ultimate Edition, but I hear that it makes the film better and I dearly hope that is true.

I know a lot of fans bashed this movie for a lot of different reasons. I have been a life long Superman fan and a DC comic fan for over 35 years. A comic movie will never please everyone. Over all the movie is not bad. Casual fans should enjoy it. There is a lot of flash and action. Just don't nitpick it too much and you'll love it.

Some people like to dissect movies and find all of their faults. After watching the movie I was ready for the next and that's all that matters. It is worth the purchase.

Best super hero movie ever? No. But highly entertaining. I know a lot of people who didn't like it, but I don't get it. The action was good, but I really enjoyed the way they developed the character interaction, even if the whole concept of Batman and Superman being enemies was a bit of a stretch. And Wonder Woman rocks.

    best seen at home

This is a movie that is best seen at home at your own pace - While not as fun as Marvels offerings this movie features many unforgettable scenes that bear repeated viewing - The 3d in the Day of the dead and Shuttle rescues is outstanding as is the tableau after Superman dies... The included Ultimate edition features a lot of scenes that explain the plot in greater depth and is worth checking out in its own right, even if it is only in 2D..

    Decent movie

The idea of this movie is better than the product. The plot is kinda iffy. But enjoyable nonetheless. Affleck wasn't bad as Bruce Wayne, not as good as Bale was, but watchable. The action scenes were great! The 3D effect is great. This is the build up for the Justice League, hopefully that won't disappoint.
