Love the action in this movie. I love the Wonder Woman character and the set up for the future comic book movies. Not everyone like this movie, but the action was amazing. I'm not sure how I feel about Ben Affleck as Batman.

The dark tone the movie portrays is not as I suspected in a good way. There was not the Marvel-like atmosphere seen that made it stand out. To see it as a way for the DC cinematic universe to start was a great thing.

But it's not really that good either. The director's cut is an improvement, but it adds bandaid fixes to the underlying problem that hasn't been fixed. Still, I add an extra star for all the extras on the blu ray.

Warning. My review has spoilers in it. The acting is well done. The action and CGI were all well done. Unfortunately, how they did it was horrible. Superman is being accused of killing others by bullets to save Lois Lane? He doesn't need them. He was also accused of having been responsible for the bomb in the courtroom. Then, he chooses not to defend himself from such accusations. Why not clear his name? Also, when did Batman use so many guns? He hates guns because his parents got shot. Then, Batman lures Doomsday to a site because he said there's a weapon there that can kill it but then never even searches for it. Metropolis and Gotham City are now right beside each other? When did that happen? Why couldn't Superman say that Martha was his mother's name when Batman was asking? Why did it take for Lois Lane to say so? They spent so much time wasted on garbage that Wonder Woman had very little screen time. I can give many more examples but this review would be too long. I'm a huge fan of the Batman and Superman movies but this just has too many flaws to overlook. The big budget gave them the opportunity to get the best ingredients. Unfortunately, they picked a bad cook that did a horrible job.

I felt the opening of the movie drug a little and the movie was a little long, so I felt it could have been condensed. However, the last half of the movie picked up and the movie was really good and well done overall.

I feel like people really gave this movie a hard go. The ultimate edition definitely filled in a few gaps and is a more complete story but all in all I loved the movie, even the theatrical version. As a huge Batman fan and reader of the comments, Batman is dark and has been for years, its still a great movie.

The ultimate version has additional scenes which fleshed out the story beats better. Some of the characters' actions and motivations were not well defined in the theatrical, but made more sense in this version.

The movie is great but... I was highly disappointed to see that the Extended Cut is the 2D version and the theatrical release is in 3D. Major bummer but maybe eventually the Extended Cut will be in 3D.

My expectations were very high and the movie was even better than I expected. The film is full of action and is the dream come true of any comic book fan. The cinematography is impressive and the CGI is very good as well. If I could summarize this movie with a single word it would be... WOW!

I love the fact that the steelbook has a reversible cover so that you can have either Batman or Superman for your cover. Despite what the naysayers have done to dog the movie, personally, I loved every second of it...and the Ultimate Edition made it one of the best comic book movies I've ever seen!

This movie has been panned by critics and i definitely understand that there are some issues with this film, but as a dc comics fan i loved it and really enjoyed the film, especially the ultimate edition

Maybe this film did not live up to the expectations of a lot of people but I enjoyed it. It did have flaws but not enough to make it a bad movie. It was a good movie that could have been better.

Shades of 2 past Superman Comic Series - "Doomsday" and "The Death of Superman". Both symbolized in this "dark" tale of the creation of a "Friemdship" and the precursor to The Justice League of America.

The Ultimate Edition is the version the world should've seen to begin with. Not a perfect film, but it definitely isn't the crapfest people claim it to be. There's a lot of fun to be had with this film!

In addition to the Steelbook Edition, I also bought the Graphic Novel to my collection. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is the Ultimate Superheroes movie of all time. It is one of my favorite movies ever. Batman and Superman are the World's Finest Superheroes of all time and my two favorites.

Bought/Watched Man of Steel before we watched this movie so we'd have a background story for this iteration of Superman, this movie was great (except for the ending). Anxious to see what they do next.

This is a good movie everything is spelled out or after watching the movie a couple of times the pieces that are not right in your face about what is going on show them selves buy the view putting the pieces together.. Then the 2+ hours of bonus features take the viewer behind the scenes.

I'm a lifelong DC fan and this movie was an utter disappointment, it had terrible editing choices that make the film nonsensical and the plot overall was pretty pointless and dumb, for it to work it turns one of the most well known superheros into a killer for the point of getting the big fight the title promises you and Superman gets annoyed and decides to fight Batman because he doesn't feel like explaining a situation that would literally take 10 seconds. The fight itself is stupid and overtly fake feeling with mostly throwing each other around.

...bad reviews, what ever. I liked what was done with the story. I loved the score. I got used to Lex Luthor. Still haven't watched the 3D version, but as for the extended cut, a few seconds here and there answered some questions from the theater version and filled in some gaps.

Really awesome long-awaited battle. taken from the pages of Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns, best awaited film of the summer. awesome special effects,beautiful in 3D. great value for the Blu-ray 3D and theatrical,and director's cut(r- rated version). awesome value for combo pack.
