The HDR is put to great use. The 4K is also outstanding .

Come on, you probably already heard that people didn't LOVE Bat v Supes, but that should not stop you from picking this up. Why? It comes with the standard version, the extended version, the digital version...and comics! Plus, you get a digital version of those, too. All in all, for this price, you get to see a movie that's better than people wanted to admit, and you get some great comics to go with it. No, they are not the comics that they based the movie on, but who cares? This bundle is why you should always pick these up at BB. See also the Batman Year One and Wonder Woman sets. Way cool and worth every penny.

As much as I like going to the theater with my kids to watch superhero movies, Warner Brothers/DC finds a way to make me wait for their director's cut DVDs instead. The theatrical version was a complete jumbled mess, and after about 2/3 of the way through the extended cut at home, we looked at each other and said "This is 10x a better movie!". The plot makes more sense, and it is a more balanced movie between the characters. Warner has a history of firmly putting its head up you know where when it comes to managing franchises (see Babylon 5), and I've got a bad feeling "Suicide Squad" is going to be the same way.

The theatrical version was something of a confusing mess, making one question the very necessity of a scene. This version, though longer, just made more sense. Where the theatrical seemed like a Batman movie with Superman cameos, this version actually gave insight into Clark Kent's point of view, which allowed the movie to live up to its name morally and cognitively, not just physically. Normally I see no difference in extended versions, but the ultimate version offered one thing the theatrical did not: perspective. One must wonder what sort of impact this version would have made had IT been released theatrically?

I watched this movie after reading the negative comments about it. I found it entertaining, questioning the different Lex Luther than the one I gad grown up with. It appeared to be a satcastic, evil minded Lex Luther, one who had long hair with different manerisms than other depictions I had known. By the end of the movie, his head was shaved and made a bit of sense. I enjoyed the movie, especially after understanding why Batman would fight Spiderman. This movie should gave been released after Wonder Woman, which would have made more sense. I recommend it to others.

Sets the pace. Can't wait for the follow up movies.

A lot of people have a problem with this movie, claiming to be one of the worst DC comic book movies, I disagree. Does it have a lot of problems, yes, but is it horrible, no. It isn't the best plot & the reason they fight & then team up isn't very good reasons either. What I do love about this movie is Ben Affleck's portrayal of Batman. You can tell he is really committed to this role. I liked this movie on his Batman alone. He balances out being Bruce Wayne & Batman. He uses his detective skills & brute force when needed. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing him in Justice League & his solo Batman film!

Hands down a must buy movie for any home theater enthusist.

When this movie came out l, so did the negative reviews. It's too long, too dark, too much going on. This and that and then back to this. I didn't pay any mind to them, and I am glad I didn't. This movie had everything I wanted a DC movie to have a story line, fight sequences, a new batman. A lil bit of too much is going on to start the Justice league movies. But I saw this as a small/minor flaw. The DVD version had some scenes that were cut off, which was in my personal opinion a mistake. These sciences made more sense of the story. I really enjoyed this movie and have seen a couple of times now.

This movie is awesome and really fun for everyone to see.
