The DCEU continues along the ultra-gritty path they started down in Man of Steel with Batman v Superman. While this film will absolutely not live up to the cinematic standards set by the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it can stand on its own merit when graded along the curve set by pre-MCU superhero movies. Ultimate Edition recommended.

Some friends of mine really didn't like this movie - but I thought it was great! It is very dark and moody for a super hero film, but I really appreciated its take on how the main characters developed as they matured. The action was also well done. I really was blown away in the final action sequence, where they introduced Wonder Woman. I highly recommend this film.

I purchased this for the deleted scenes that were added. Not your typical super hero film but the characters mirrored their evolution in the comic books and graphic novels. Dark and somber while trying to provide some insight into the fact that being a super hero ain't always a bed of roses. Worth a watch if you do so objectively.

I heard a lot of negative reviews for this movie but this was not what I expected. Aside from Aflek playing Batman, it was rather enjoyable. Maybe it's because this is the extended version. The steel book is nice but mine had some minor cosmetic damage. Lots of action, decent story, intro to wonder woman. Definitely worth a watch.

Watch the extended version it fills in a lot of gaps and questions from the theatrical version. There was a lot hate about this movie, but after watching it a few times it gets better and better, definitely not the worst comic book movie ever as some people say.

Regardless of criticism of movie by both public and critics alike. Watch the movie base your own opinion, fans of Superman and Batman must see it. Movie looks phenomenal in 3D action scenes are riveting. Best Buy had the best price for the 3D blu ray. In the end will not regret buying it and having it part of your 3D collection.

BvS was above average, but was a little too-contrived in it's plotlines & action scenes. Hasn't come close to Marvel's Avengers-- yet! There really was not enough character development. And, the Lex Luther character was simply too "comical" and immature for his involvement into the movie. Special effects were above average, only.

As a fan of comic books growing up, i always hold the "superhero" movies to a high standard. This movie was fairly decent, but the turning point of Batman's attitude towards Superman was a little strange and awkward. Great action and special effects as should be expected in this type of movie and Wonder Woman was a good addition.

Extended edition really adds to the overall story and makes for a better movie. This film gives the groundwork for future films. Whole cast does a fine job fleshing out each and every character. Special features are a very welcome edition and get some real behind the scenes hints and stories. Steelbook was damaged so was not too happy but it was one of the last copies my local store had and the best of the bunch. Overall, yes buy this film, it is worth the price.

This movie is not amazing, but it's much better than people give it credit for. Especially the extended edition which (though not fixing every issue) really helps to fill out the movie and answer a lot of questions that were not answered in the standard edition. It is diffidently worth a watch.

And that's a good and bad thing. Yes the movie has it's faults. But it's not all bad. The ultimate edition includes an extra half hour or so on the blu-ray (and not the dvd which is a let down, and reason for 4* instead of 5) and as always the digital code redemption is easy but a mess to handle getting onto devices for the road.

I saw this movie in the theater and felt like it was too long for no particular reason. I didn't think the extended version was going to be any good, but it helped flesh out the film for me. It still took way too long to get to the clash between the title characters, but the extended version helped add more to the overall story.

Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice wasn't a bad movie, but it wasn't a great movie. Maybe this segment of the market is oversaturated and starting to wear thin??? The movie was in 3-D so of course it had good visuals to go with some good special effects, sound was good as well. Not a bad outting, but I'd look for it on sale.

The movie was good but I think many others had too high of expectations. Ben Affleck will do just fine as Bruce Wayne/ Batman and all others in the movie did fine too, with the exception of Lois lane, who took up way too much time in the movie. The digital copy offers both regular and uncut versions which is nice to choose from

Happy I picked up this Blu Ray. If you can find for under 10 dollars it’s a cheap night of entertainment that most of us action fans crave. Picture quality and sound quality were good but not perfect. Still overall happy I picked it up.

I think the extended version is better than the theatrical. It answers several question about why the characters didn't know what they should know, and it turns out they did - in the extended version. I really liked this movie and looking forward to the other DC movies slated to come out, even though I'm actually a MARVEL guy.

Don't understand why this movie was panned so critically by so many. Perhaps not the best comic book super hero film ever made but it was still a pretty good movie. Didn't get the chance to see it in the theaters and thought about not seeing after listening to so many critical reviews. Glad I bought and glad I watched it.

Compared to most super hero movies out there, this one is pretty dark. I didn't see the typical comic relief that you get with some of the Marvel movies. Not one of my favorites. The price was good and condition was great, and I will continue to buy products at Best Buy. Just like other movies a whole lot more then this one.
