When I saw BvS in theaters I left thinking it was such a mess. Large parts of it felt confusing, and I did not get an understanding of characters motivations. This Ultimate editions fixed most of those issues by giving more backstory that helped explain things. Yes the ending is still a mess, but the journey there is way better.

I didn't go to the theater to see this movie because it didn't get very good reviews. After watching the movie, it was pretty decent...a little long at parts. Wonder Woman's entrance had to be the best part of the movie!! Doesn't hold a candle to the Marvel movies though. Give it 3.5 stars.

BvS Dawn of Justice is a decent movie. The Best Buy exclusive steelbook package is very nice. The Ultimate Edition on the other hand adds 30 minutes of time to the picture and an R rating. There isn't much of a difference in the original cut and this one. Would recommend to most comic fans.

Count me in with the majority of people who thought Hollywoods selection for the Batman character was a poor one. I have changed my mind since watching. My opinion now is he is actually better than the last one! Without giving any spoilers, lets just say its a very entertaining movie.

Was happy to see they fleshed out the characters. Towards the end with the added footage the editing seemed off because it seemed like things were suppose to be happening at the same time but scenes skipped back and forth from evening to day in minutes while including the same characters.

    BvS is Underrated

First, you need to watch the Extended Cut as the theatrical cut leaves out important plot points. I think this movie is greatly misunderstood/underrated and the more I've watched it the more I have grown to appreciate a lot of the tiny details. The Steelbooks looks great as well.

Aside from the ever so terrible Martha scene, I really like this movie. Yes I do believe wonder woman kinda steals the show at the end but nevertheless I enjoyed watching batman try to out wit and defeat the man of steel.

I actually did really care for this movie when I saw it in the theaters. I will tell you that after watching it a few times since then I actually like it. The extended addition is worth it and makes the movie better. Its unfortunate that this option is not available in the 4K format

    Not a bad movie.

I made the decision to purchase this movie solely because I had read the reviews regarding the extended version. I originally went to the theater to see it when it was released and was a little disappointed that it was not what I had hoped it would be. I will say the the extended version does help in understanding the movie more so, and therefore made it more enjoyable to watch the second time around. I honestly feel this is not a bad movie, it just not a great one. I realize that recent Marvel Universe releases have been awesome but don't forget that it took a few not so great releases (X-Men trilogy, Daredevil, Elektra, etc.) to learn from and to get the right formula. The DC universe movie releases just need to go through the same learning process to eventually get the right combination.

Was planning on getting the 4K version since it came with a blu-ray copy. This is before I got a 4K player. I saw the blu-ray that came with it was the theatrical version, so I skipped it. Picked up this copy since it's the uncut version. It's an improvement over the theatrical version.

Steelbook design is great for Batman v Superman. The flip steelbook (Batman side and Superman side) was a great idea so people don’t have to buy multiple copies to get the different cover. I thought the action was great but the story was a little jam-packed with too many things going on.

    Dark movie

This movie is almost completely dark. The movie is in color but the lighting ranges from dim to dark gray or black. The story was good but even projected on a 13-foot wall, it was overwhelmingly cast in low light. I was craving blue skies. If you like superheroes, it's a good flick.

Since I love comic books, Superman and Batman best battles is an awesome recompilation of theirs battle encounters, so if you are old or new into this Batman/Superman thing, this is a perfect start. DVD and Blu ray items of course are the main feature, looks great, menu easy to use and in addition you have more minutes of movie not shown in theaters, in overall I give a 5 stars on this collectible items.

As someone who has been a faithful Batman lover since the late 80's I can with all honesty say this is one of my favorite cinematic versions. I was totally against Batfleck but after seeing him embody the moody loner darkness of the older Bruce Wayne, he is perfect for this role. For everyone complaining about the darkness of the movie, this is based on a dark graphic and I think they did an awesome job.

Start off by saying the complete edition is the version that should have been in theaters it gives the movie a more complete feel than what was released to us the movie overall is everyone’s dream match up if your team Batman or Superman which includes a great appearance and scene stealer by Gal Gadots Wonder Woman the movie goes for about 2 hours and half and u won’t be disappointed.

So the movie was not given good reviews, but I found it entertaining. Not the greatest of the super hero movies, but I thought it was still good. The 3D was sharp. I have not watched the extended edition yet with the 30 extra min, but will soon as I heard it makes the movie even better.

When I first watched this in the theater I wasn’t happy about Batman fighting Superman. I kept thinking “these guys are supposed to be on the same team”! But after seeing it again and watching Man of Steel, Superman took my breathe away. Absolutely love Henry Cavill in this movie! The relationship between him and Lois is lovely. Action packed movie I would definitely recommend!

Very good movie. I like the continuum with Man of Steel, and was a bit skeptical about Ben Affleck as Batman, but he did a great job. Jesse Eisenburg brought forth Lex Luther in a whole new dimension that takes some getting used to if you compare him to Kevin Spacey, but it's best looked at as a new take on the character. I'm glad they're laying the foundation to tie into other DC Universe movies as well!

The ultimate edition is the best way to watch bvs hands down. You get a lot more story that fleshes things out in what was an awesome movie with the holy dc trinity uniting on screen. The steelbook is pretty nice. It is bstmsn on one side superman on the other so you czn oick your hero.
