So needless to say Marvel is light years ahead of DC and Bale is a better Batman than Affleck but there is still good parts of the film. Special effects are amazing and the fight scenes were really good. Wonder Woman was not in the film a ton but she definitely made it better.

Being from the home of Superman I watch all the movies I see out there, this one had so much to it every time you watch it you see something new. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who grew up with superman or batman comics. A little dark in some place for children under 13.

The main issue with this movie when it was released to theaters was major editing issue. The Director's Cut is so much better. DC still need a lot more improving to do if they want to compete with Marvel. The bummer about this set is that the 3D version is the Theatrical Version.

Better then the theatrical release it about 30 mins longer, comes with 2 versions the original, and extended, with 2hrs of deleted scenes it says. It's a good movie it you like the new version of Superman it's the first appearance of the dark Knight in the new DC movie universe.

This was a much better version that what was shown in the theaters. Do not let the critics stop you from watching this. Yes, it was a bit darker than it should be, but I liked it. It still has some holes to fill, but this version filled a lot of them from the theatrical release.

I watched this movie thinking I would not like it. The picture quality was excellent, and the story line was dark. Compared to earlier marvel movies it was very dark. I liked the movie for its originality, and the studio took a chance moving away from the good guy bad guy theme.

This is a combination of Batman, Superman and Wonder woman movies. But actually the main story is only about conflict between Batman and Superman created by Lex Luther. Is the Wonder Woman shown at the center of the front case for attraction only?

I had previously purchased a 65" Samsung 4K SUHD and the Samsung - UBD-K8500 4K Ultra HD Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player. Was excited to buy and try this 4K movie but couldn't see much of a difference between it and a regular Blu-Ray movie played on my regular Samsung BD player.

This movie did not receive good reviews from the critics. I thought the movie was very good, typical of a comic book storyline converted to a movie. If you take the movie too literary you may not like it too much. If you watch it for the action and effects it a very good movie.

Well this movie was generally panned by critics and fans like I thought it was a very good movie plenty of action a good story and all those kind of dark I thought it was a good start for the Batman Superman Mythos and a great introduction for Wonder Woman

When I first saw this in theaters I didn’t think it was great. I only bought it so I could rewatch the Wonder Woman part in preparation for the stand alone movie. However, I would say the battle with Doomsday when Wonder Woman comes out to her awesome soundtrack alone is worth owning the movie, especially if you can find under ten dollars. Great reference quality sound also.

The Ultimate Edition is much better than the theatrical release. The extra 30 minutes clarifies a lot of the holes in the theatrical release's story line. You don't get the Ultimate Edition in 3D (you need to watch the theatrical release disc for 3D), so that's my only gripe.

Everyone is a critic, and you may be one of the ones that didn;t like this movie, but the Ultimate Edition is waaaaaay better than the theatrical release and I happen to think its an awesome movie. Its no Marvel movie, but its not supposed to be. Each DC movie has the feeling of a great stand alone movie, and this movie is no different. 4k is just the cherry on top. Highly recommend it.

Look DC is not Marvel. DC is a lot darker than Marvel, and with that being said, this movie plays into the DC universe very well. Is it Oscar worthy? No, but doesn't have to be, to be fun and entertaining. Ben Affleck, does a great job as Batman, and exceeded my expectations!

This flick was the target of a lot of hate and bad reviews, but I think the Ultimate Edition helps the filmmakers' cause a bit. Additional footage and scenes help both with the pacing and plot. If you're going to own this move on disc, this is the version to get, hands down.

Don't understand why so many people dislikes this movie. I loved it. The story was good. Sure they tried to cram a bunch of stuff and make sense of it all in the length of the movie. And sure it could have been done better. But for what it was. I loved it. Seen in three times since the day I got it. Nothin compared to the avengers , but still. One of my favorite superhero films out there

Best Buy's steelbook casing is so nice, I wish all my blu-rays were in this casing. The movie itself (ultimate-cut) takes a pretty scattered/mediocre movie with potential (theatrical-cut) and brings it to a much more cohesive and unified experience. The story is meh, but what do you expect from a comic-book movie? The visuals are fantastic, and the sound-design and score are incredible.

Abundant amount of informative features like the creation of Wonder Woman and the new Batmobile. The extra scenes delve more into each hero's motivation as to why they would fight against each other. I wish the ultimate edition showed more insight on Lex Luthor's motivation.

I'll be honest, I wasn't a fan of this movie. I bought for my son's birthday. He really liked the movie. I watched this extended edition with him and thought it was much better than the theatrical release. If you were on the fence with the movie, I think you will like this.

This movie was breathtaking and spectacular I thoroughly enjoyed it and will continue to watch and I also bought the movie on Christmas time and received a very good deal. Now hopefully my Xbox one will eventually get the update so plays out bitstream for an ammo set up
