This film gets slightly better on subsequent viewings--presumably because the shock of such a convoluted story has already worn off since seeing it the first time. Holly Hunter is great. The rest of the cast is...okay. The film is visually too dark and the 3D is mediocre. The opening sequence is pretty good, though. I'd recommend the film to anyone who's willing to hop aboard the train that DC Comcs is about to send out of the station. If you're not, then stick with the Marvel universe.

everybody keeps picking this movie apart, but I loved it for what it is = ENTERTAINMENT who cares if the grass isn't same color in graphic novel, get over it...cant wait for WonderWoman movie and Justice League to follow, get the popcorn ready

B Vs. S is great! Fun movie, full of action. Very interesting to see the beginning of how some of the other characters will be introduced into this Justice League.

Saw this movie in Theatre and enjoyed it. Did not receive great reviews but I didn't agree with them. Wonder Woman was great! Affleck ended up being a good Batman.

I have recently lost my taste for steelbooks, but these Batman v Superman steels from Best Buy are too awesome to pass up. The Batman one is the better of the two.

The movie is not as terrible as the reviews showed in my opinion. I grew up on the old Superman and Batman movies so they are my favorite Superheroes.

This movie was one of my biggest disappointments of the last year due to the cuts they made to the film. The extended cut makes this movie much more enjoyable!

I have not watched it yet; I saw it in theaters but have yet to watch it at home because I am currently going through all the extras. But I'm sure this will be great when I do what it. The extras and reversible steelbook are worth the price alone.

The differences (30 minutes) in the two versions makes such a difference in the overall story. You definitely need to watch the ultimate edition version if you want to understand the transitions between this movie and the next.

I loved this movie! Ben Affleck was awesome as Batman and the Batman -Superman fight scene was incredible. The extended version was definitely better than the theatrical release - less choppy in the first two acts. Can't wait for Justice League.

A good segway into justice league. I suggest watching Man of Steel first and then watching this movie. They tie in very well. Ben Affleck better than expected.

Decent movie with lots of time spent on setting up background. They could have easily made it 20 to 30 minutes shorter. The movie does have great special effects.

Amazing movie, love the new ratio scenes, great addition to my collection! Any fan of the movie or just superman/batman should have this in their collection!!

The story and acting was okay. The UHD version looks amazing if you have a 4k TV with HDR. The colors and blacks are richer than its 1080p bluray counter part.

The movie covers show SuperGirl, you think she'd be one of the main characters in the movie, she's not, maybe 40 seconds of showtime. And the movie is slow all the way through until the last quarter. My 9 and 12 year old fell asleep, my 15 year old barely paid attention. I finished watching it only because I paid for it, I was gonna force myself to finish the ride. Barely any action until the end. No humor. Just a slow punishment for a movie. The story is a little hard to follow too.

I was surprised by this move. Maybe a little slow but the action at the end gets good. Sets up for the next installments of the justice league story.

Bought a new 4K UHD TV and a 4K DVD player to go with it. Needed some movies and this was one I bought. Movie is good but a lot going on. Feels like there could have been two movies in there. Not on par with Marvel yet entertaining

Good movie but could of been better. Some characters where out of place and the relationship between superman and the batman was ok. More questions then answers

I thought Ben Affleck was gonna ruin this movie as batman. Turns out, him playing batman is what made this movie. Cant wait to see what he does in justice league

This Movie is way better than the reviews it has received. It's different than the Marvel movies, but that's good. All DC/Marvel movies don't have to be the same.
