I didn't care for this movie the first time I saw it. But, my wife loves Taylor Kitsch. Now that I've given it a chance, I actually enjoy watching it.

Great action movie, war/end of the world plus scifi aliens. Some humor to lighten it up when needed, good acting. Oh & a little romance as well.

Loved this movie when it first came out on dvd some years ago and now seeing it on our blue ray smart tv makes the experience even greater

Great quality purchase for 4k. It's not a must have. But it's definitely a great purchase on sale. Action scenes looks great

The story is OK. DTS X audio is excellent. 4K picture awesome too. Good show off movie for Dolby ATMOS and DTS X systems.

This is one of my favorite movies. The storyline is good. I love all the action, sailors new and retired working together to kick alien butt. It is just a great movie.

The movie itself is so-so. But some films you just have to see in 4k. the Graphics are so clear and it's just so much better BluRay.

I knew going in that this is an explosion filled CGI filled movie. DTS:X really fills the room and a good presentation of 4K.

This is one of my favorite movies. It had a lot of bad reviews; but I think the plot is great; it's filled with action and plenty of special effects and sci-fi.

Picked it up as part of a buy 2 get 1 free....I wasn't expecting to much from it. It is a pretty good movie. Couple of funny parts and the action isn't to bad.

You are not going to walk away with this thinking or contemplating life's philosophy, but if you are looking to veg in front of the TV this will fit the bill.

Love action movies and drama, and it's easy to get those movies in blue-ray and always available at best buy with reasonable price. Love when they are in special.

It’s a guilty pleasure kind of movie. It’s a little hokie but the effects aren’t horrible and it held my interest.

It's a blatant ripoff of the Transformers formula (replete with Peter Berg aping shots from Michael Bay), but it does a good enough job in keeping you entertained. It's also pretty clever how they integrate the nature of the actual game (guessing the positions your opponent set his ships at) into the movie. Gotta give it credit for taking a silly concept and making it work for the most part.
