Battlestar Galactica: The Complete Series [26 Discs] [Blu-ray] lots of discs

I enjoy the cast and story. However, some video quality seems off, does not seem Blu-ray quality, possibly cut corners and it's random on select Blu-ray discs. I also hate the executive producer including his intro on almost all the discs, I would have given the series 4 stars if they took his intro out.

Overall very good, the early episodes are better than the later episodes.

This was a good series with the exception of a few actors.

I have always been a SiFi fan and knew I would watch this series from the very first moment it was announced as a re-make of the original Battlestar Galactica TV show from the 1980's. The re-make did not disappoint, being even more interesting and providing much more detail on the characters, the Colonial civilization and, most importantly, the motivations of the Cylons themselves. This motivational aspect was missing in large part from the original series and provided the right context in which to view and understand how the events depicted in the weekly episodes came about. it is very interesting that, with the introduction of AI today, we are going to eventually face some of the same decisions the Colonials were faced with in the series. The series provides some of the context around which the coming debate is going to revolve. (Disclaimer - I am in the semiconductor industry and involved in tracking the evolution of AI. Knowing what I know today, I do not believe AI is coming to rule us all any time soon. However, AI is a tool that allows for better decision-making by its human counterparts. It The evolution of AI must be carefully managed to realize its full potential to benefit all of us!). The special effects were top-rate and the story line and acting were also great. I would definitely recommend to SiFi fans!

I couldn't find a better collection of BSG anywhere. This truly is the most complete set. It is absolutely amazing quality, infinitely better than the HD broadcasts on TV. The price was a little steep, but this is the kind of series you can watch over and over and still find little details you missed the first few times around. If you are an avid BSG fan, this is a must have for your collection.

BATTLESTAR GALACTICA the complete series can and will be in the hands of every BS-G fan on the planet...and 4 the people who don't know what the series is about here will be your chance... 4 u 2 own a series like none other then u have seen before... if u liked The Terminator movies then this show is 4 u...TRUST ME u won't regret it... (SO SAY WE ALL)

The concept of this show is very original for the time it was made in. And the production value that was put into this series is fantastic...for anybody looking for a heavily story driven adrenaline filled Sci-Fi thrill ride DO NOT hesitate to buy or rent every season!!!!!!

I missed BSG when it was on TV, so this was my first time seeing it. The Quality of the conversion is top notch. The picture and sound are great! The show is really cool too! :)

I love Sci-Fi but you would not have to be a Sci-Fi buff to enjoy this series. Many plot twists and great action. Thoroughly engaging. I watch one disc a weekend so I can make the enjoyment last.

I got into this story late, but better late than never, this story is AWESOME!! (Lego Movie pun not intended!). I purposely did not watch the third season on TV so I could get the full effect of the show by not having to wait till the next week to see a new episode. Plus, I'm sure the BluRay xtras are going to be incredible! #TEAMSTARK

If you’re a sci-fi fan do yourself a favor and buy this especially if it’s on sale. Watched the entire season three times including the original time it aired on Syfy. Amazing series that you will absolutely love. Definitely worth every last penny you’ll pay for it.

Best series !!!!! Had to get it in Blu-Ray. I would love a 4k but. Hey. Who knows. Lol. A must have for ANY syfy fan!!!!
