Was looking for New fitness headphones. Sound quality not that good for the price on these. Ended up getting the bose sound sport wireless instead. Cheaper and better sound quality.

I have had this product for a little over a year. Great product until it started having a charging problem. Now I fight with it to charge, repeatedly having to reset it to take a charge. Fails more times than not!

I’ve been using around the neck Bluetooth headphones for years now and it was time to replace my 3 yr old pair and my preferred brand wasn’t in stock so I purchase these and instantly they were a hassle due to the fact if you don’t keep them in your ears they hang down way to far and get caught on things like seat belts, etc. battery life is horrible not even 6 hrs when using for phone calls only. No battery gauge on my IPhone which is weird being an Apple product. Stay away.

I purchased this product and about two weeks of use the headphones stopped working. called company a week ago and im still waiting for a box to send itr back to Apple and have them fixed. Not worth the amount of money I paid.

i love these headphones, but i swear they break or stop working just after the return/warranty period expires and it's incredibly frustrating and expensive to keep buying new ones. this is my third pair to do this.

Overall, they’re good headphones. Sound was a bit lacking though. For Beats brand, I thought the sound quality would be much better. Other than that, they’re great. Im just a snob for sound quality.

I"ve purchased the wireless beats2 and the earphones. Each of those products were outstanding but due to wear and tear I purchased the beats X. The Beats X product lacks base.. their basic wireless headphones.

I thought I'd learned my lesson after buying the Beats Pill that NEVER met the quoted battery limits. I ended only being able to use the Beats Pill while plugged into the wall! Anyway, I bought two pair of BeatsX for my husband and myself and wouldn't you know it... BOTH pair died two weeks ago... Just over one year from the date of purchase! They're finicky when switching between paired devices and [like the Beats Pill], their battery life doesn't meet the product description. BUYER BEWARE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ON SOMETHING ELSE!!!

They stopped powering on in less then a month. The sound quality is about average. That said, they did charge very fast when they worked and the design is nice.

The tiny little pieces of speaker mesh came out in my ears within the first couple of weeks of use. No change in the sound without so did not mess with that. Within a couple of months the Beats regularly would drop a connection until eventually would never connect. Best Buy let us know we had to return them to Beats, who would not help us without the speaker mesh attached. An expensive no-win situation. Under 3 months of use. Do Not Buy.

My primary issue with these is they stop pairing with my device after a year. Did all the factory resets per Apple - never worked. Not worth the price.

They lasted for 2/3 months perfectly and all of a sudden won’t pair, charge or reset. Best Buy refused to look at them so I had to go to Apple. Well see if they can fix them.

Stopped working after 25 days. Since Best Buy has a 15 day return policy, I will have to deal with the manufacturers warranty. We will see how that goes. Other than that, no complaints.

    Good Purchase

The BeatsX bring a lot of the best qualities from other headphones into one. Brand recognition...I love the Apple and Beats partnership. It has the around the neck design (made popular by LG) with added flexibility and durability. The sound quality is top notch. The controls are easy to learn and made with a minimalist layout. Magnets on both of the earpieces to keep the unit intact. I can charge the X for a couple minutes and get a few hours of power! Once I connect the X to my phone it's recognized by ALL my other Apple devices (even my watch) which was a very thoughtful idea. It holds up well while I run and workout. The only 'con' I would list is that the cords are a little long. The price point is a lil high BUT to its credit you get what you pay for.

I wanted to upgrade my earbuds as my other buds finally stopped working after 6 years of great service. I bought these beats earbuds and I couldn't be more disappointed in them. The sound quality is subpar, at best. My $30 Sony packed more of a punch than these. Plus, they kept falling out of ears. I tried to switch to smaller buds and they kept falling out. In the end, I purchased what I use to have. For the price and how uncomfortable they were, not worth it. I returned them same day with no hassle.
