I honestly expected a lot more from these..bass is lacking..and the sound isn’t clean..if you want to listen to music for 8 hrs there awesome other then the bass and sound

not a big fan of these wireless earbuds by beats - hard time keeping them in my ears because the wire wants to force them down. that on top of the lack of bass made me return them

The serial number shipped to be was 10 months used headset and had a different serial number than what is sold to me. Extremely unhappy with the service BestBuy provided on this regard. The warranty of the used one is expired but it has only been 2 months since I purchased this product. The Bluetooth connectivity stopped working and now I have no option that to throw it. Very bad service Best Buy. I was your Elite member and I have a sour taste being your customer.

They are not as loud as the other earbuds beats that plug into my phone. I never know when they are on or off. Don’t like them.

These wireless earbuds charged quickly, were very simple set up with my iPhone 8 Plus (I assume it’s just as easy on other devices), were light, and had convenient controls. I loved the idea of having them around my neck for convenience. However, the sound quality was terrible. They would not stay in my ear well enough to get a reasonable seal, so everything sounded very tinny and far away despite trying every earbud attachment provided in the package. I returned them after a week and a half.

I purchased three pairs of these for my family. Every single one of them is dead within two years of purchase due to battery failure.

Needs new battery within year and half and I am a light user you spend $100 you expect to work for few years but not this one

I could not connect my beats head phone to my cell phone. I was told that beats only works with iPhones. So I was disappointed I could not use the beats head phone.

My beats are broken and they broke really fast this is the second pair of beats earphones that I’ve had that have broken on me before the year was up.

Bought the Beats X in June, by July I had to take it to apple because the right ear bud lost sound. Apple easily replaced it, but after a month this should not happen.

Broke just after a year from normal use at the office. Never used working out or even outdoors. Only one of the earbuds has sound. After researching a little, this seems to be a very common failure for these “premium” earbuds. Stuck with a worthless tangle of wire now. Thanks Apple/Beats by Dre, designed obsolescence at its finest.

Bought this for my wife and the product failed after about 6 months. It only had a 90 day warranty so I would not recommend this product for long term use.

I have small ears, so I need to frequently push them back in so the buds won't fall out. I am disappointed in them. I've been happier with cheap ear buds.

I really loved it while using this earbuds; however, it lasted only for a year and the one side of earbud lost the sound.

Worst beats earphones ever built. The is a replacement pair and within 2 months broke again. Tossed them and opted for Apple Airpods.

Bought these less than 2 years ago and not more than 10 hours of use. Fully charged and no power light or able to connect to BT. Dead. Researched fixes online but nothing helped. Not going to go through Apple with my concern because I'm not spending another cent on this product. In the garbage they go! You can get a much better sounding earphone for the same price. Shop around before purchasing these.

I had to exchange my headphones the times in less than a month do to them becoming defective and not connecting to Mr phone or other spoke devices.

I went through 2 pairs in 1 year. Not worth it. For the price you pay they should last a lot longer.

This head phone is very good in 1 and half year after that it broke. I tired to turn it on too many time but it still doesn’t work,

I bought these earphones & 18 months later they stop working. They would not charge. I had a pair of Beats Solo to rotate out with so it wasn’t like I wore them out. They were kept in the case and taken care of. So that’s why I rated them POOR as well as worthless. Don’t waste your money on these. I don’t recommend them to anyone. I should have purchased the extended warranty.
