I didn't care for these ear buds at all. If you need a set for the gym or any physical activity these are not the ones for you.

This is my second pair I bought of beatsx headphones and both pairs tarted acting up on me I got a flashing red light that came on both of them and wouldn’t pair with my phone I tried resetting them worked once or twice and than they just stopped working, I liked the way they fit so I bought another one there’s a reason why you can’t buy the geek squad warranty on these because they break never again will I purchase a beats product again

Battery was great until it quit turning on. The switch must be the problem. Switch is not tactile and powering up design is not good.

If you buy these from Best Buy make sure you get geek squad. My headset won't reset, won't turn off, and is blinking white to red lights when plugged in to charge. I called customer support and the only option for a technical issue is to purchase a new pair for $80 plus shipping and handling. I would only get 90 warranty. Beats products are junk after a year don't expect to get a long life out of these

I’m having issues after a couple weeks. I charged it for an hour and it still won’t turn on. Sometimes it works and sometimes it won’t.

for the price the sound lacks deep basses what remains a lot to the sound experience ... for more than $ 100 it's not worth it ...

I used these for about two weeks when I bought them in April of 2017. I then forgot about them and pulled them back out of the closet last week. I charged them up fully, and nothing. I cannot power them on. I can reset them when connected to the charger, and can update them with Beats Updayer connected to my PC. However, I cannot power them on and use them. Waste of money and time.

Overview: The BeatsX wireless headphones are a great headphone with durability, a sleek deign, and powerful sound quality for people on the go. It holds a charge for up to 8 hours and offers a fast charge time with only 5 minutes of charging giving you 2 hours of battery life. Ideal Uses: The BeatsX are a great for active work like running or at the gym. These may be the most popular uses but what is nice about these is that they can also be used in every day-to-day activity. Their slim design make very easy to take with you anywhere you go. Sound Quality: For being the middle-priced earphone for Beats, this product will give you the best bang for your buck. It delivers a clear, smooth sound as well as having a slight noise cancelling effect when wearing them. The quality stands throughout the headphones no matter what the battery level is as well. Design: Beats has designed the BeatsX to be the sleekest in-ear headphones with the best capable sound quality. Along with that they have their Flex-Form Cable technology that is durable for all the times you use it and is comfortable for your neck as well. There is also a magnet in each earpiece for when you are not using them. Lastly, wingtips are a feature you can freely put on or off, and are used for giving you a more secure fit of the earpiece being in your ear without having an over the ear attachment like the PowerBeats. Technology/Features: These headphones are not waterproof, but they are sweat and water resistant for intense workout conditions. In addition, Apple installed a W1 chip, which is the reason for the long battery life with minimal charge time. There is also a mic for phone calls and volume control with easy use with IPhones, with siri-compatable remote talk. Additional Accessories: There are four different sizes of earbuds that can be used for finding the right fit for your ear along with the wingtips. A small case is included as well for you to carry your headphones and could fit inside your pocket. Also, there is a 5-inch Lightning to USB cable for charging. Lastly, there is a warranty card along with the instruction.

For $150 I expected it would automatically connect when on to the phone it was paired with. Phone call comes it, you have to to answer the call on the phone and then manually connect Bluetooth. Advertised 8 hrs time with full charge, uh no more than 4. And to top it, when on a call with good signal strength, 50% of the call will have terrible connectivity. Absolutely waste of money. How did Apple let this go through?

After using a powerbeats for long time, I was excited with the ability to have this around the neck and have multiple options for ear holdings. The ear buds are just annoying to hold in the ear, the grips for adjusting the size are some weird plastic and they feel annoying, the neck band is oldish and the extensions to the ear are just horrible. Its really surprising how did apple even let them get into the market.
